Niet heen gaan
Gehore kamers in een slechte buurt, kamer was niet heel schoon, de vloer was sowieso niet gestofzuigd. De kamers waren ontzettend gehorig en het rook er heel muf. Het personeel bij de incheck was niet aardig, bij de uitcheck hetzelfde verhaal. Toen we wilde uitchecken zei ze alleen: geef de sleutels. Vragen of het verblijf goed was zit er niet bij. Voor dit alles vraagt het hotel ook veel geld. Echt niet heen gaan voor dit geld.

Pinche hotel 😡 hice una reservación desde una semana el día llegado llegué alas 11:30 de la noche y por no llevar mi identificación no me dieron el cuarto En serio la recepcionista pésima creo que si están trabajando ahí deberían ser amables que para eso les pagan si no que busquen otro trabajo mejor al final me tocó buscar otro hotel porque no me dejaron quedarme ahí y esto que ya tenía reservado mala experiencia

Me lleve una gran decepción con este hotel reservé una semana viajamos de Los Ángeles llegamos alas 11:30 de la noche y por desgracia olvide mi identificación y la recepcionista no me quiso dar mi cuarto le enseñé una foto de mi identificación y ni así eran tan noche que no encontraba que aser y de ninguna manera me lo quiso dar íbamos agarrar otro cuarto ni tampoco quiso que todos deberíamos andar una identificación Encerio que mala experiencia y esa señora que está en la recepción que imprudente toda pesada la verdad que no volveré agarrar con esta clase de hoteles

Upon arrival, I checked the sheets and they had multiple stains, to include what appeared to be dried blood. I went to the front desk ro ask for clean sheets, the guy at the desk didn't like that we had just checked in and we were asking for clean sheets. He said, did you take pictures? I'll call my Manager as if to intimidate me. I told him go ahead and call your Manager, but then proceeded to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. When we brought him the blood stained sheets, he apologized and we suggested they throw them away! We also asked them not to enter our room multiple times and they did NOT honor our request. They said we have to go in to make sure there are no pets, Which we never heard of any place doing this! The room was not clean, dirty floors and it was evident the sheets do not get changed!Poor service, rude front desk people...Save your momey, don't waste it on this DUMP!

I would like my money back our front door did not shut completely when I brought it up to staff they said that they can’t help me . No hot water in the showers and no heat . I need my money back this is not okay also lots of roaches and black widows dirty sheets and no towels

The motel was conveniently located to 101 so made it easy to get around. I understand that it makes for traffic noise though. My room was basic but again I appreciated that as the price less expensive. The cleaning staff were good as the people behind the counter.

Place is clean and of dollar value for the Bay Area. The only issue I have with it is the rooms in the front have a lot of traffic noise which is not their fault. Overall good review.

I rented a room. The keys didn't work after the fifth attempt of new keys. I had to explain to the lady. It wasn't the keys. It was the lock on the door that wouldn't let me in. She got mad at me and then gave me a room all the way in the back. Or the water only work for about 3 minutes and then ran cold. The water heater was broken. No doubt she did it on purpose, there was plenty of other open rooms.Never stay there again.Staff is horrible

I ordered a queen bed for two people and they gave me a full size. Claimed they didn't have bigger beds, staff was lowkey rude but whatever. room was fine. blood on the wall maybe, but you get what you pay for. it was fine.
