'Terrible customer service and communication. Unit was fairly clean, but very poor condition and maintenance. Also smaller than it seemed in pictures. Still, seascape itself is a nice place, and we did enjoy the beach time there.'

'The room was so cute and inviting. All the little touches made our stay so relaxing which included the bed and pillow, so comfy. The pictures don't do this little room justice. The condo building was just a few steps away from the beach and sat between 2 different beachfront restaurants. When it is just me and the hubby again, we will be staying here.'

'Absolutely recommend staying at the mark. It is the perfect size for 2. Super clean, and awesome location. It is a short drive to all the restaurants, gas stations, and beach/jettys area. We stayed 2 nights and it was exactly what we needed for a quick beach trip!'

'The door code was wrong and had to wait for guard to come reset code. Balcony door was broken and the door knob was removed. It was taped over with electrical tape. Paid for 2 balconys and could only access one of them. The property is beautiful and easy access to the beach. Our only complaint is the condo was maintained to standards.'

'Our rating is 5 stars, not because it’s a super high-end place, it isn’t. But it’s still 5 stars for us because it is the perfect intersection of price and proximity to the beach. While small, it’s clean and bright inside, and the bed is comfortable. From the deck, you can see the water, which is nice for a morning coffee, or evening drink. No roads to cross on the short walk to the beach. We will be back…'

'The outside could use some updates. The stairways are very rusted. The condo itself was nice. Of course, pictures never look the same as in person. The contract stated the parking fee was $18 and we were charged $20 a day. We did not need to meet with the property manager for anything, but I did converse with her when I got there becasue I was unsure on how to get the parking permit. She was nice. Overall stay was nice and we will most likely be back.'

'We chose the back 40 for our wedding venue because of the beautiful property and the size of our group. What we didn't realize at the time was that it was the PERFECT PLACE for us! The photos don't do it justice and the hosts are 110% incredible. We found ourselves often asking if they'd like to join us, they made me feel like the most special bride ever for the entire stay. They went above and beyond from every small detail to the bigger picture. I cannot state enough how amazing our time...

'The view, oh the view. It was SPECTACULAR. The photos are exactly the same as in person. The home was comfortable. There is plenty of room for sleeping. The bunk room was a hit for my special needs adult son. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was another bedroom with 2 queen size beds too. The kitchen had all that we needed, except ice. There was no ice maker, but there was plenty of coffee and filters. A kitchen table would have been nice to sit and eat when it was too chilly...
