Amazing service as always They are remodeling the rooms and, at least right now, the landscaping is pretty poor compared to what it used to be. They replaced the backyard grass with rocks (boo!) and took out a lot of the plants along the cottages.

Excellent venue but missing one thing
Stayed here for our wedding! It was a gorgeous venue and everyone was very friendly. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t leave a bottle of champagne or acknowledge it was our wedding weekend while we were staying there- I mentioned it in our reservation. Would have been the final touch we needed.

The staff was truly incredible. COVID prevented valet parking so they provided free parking, right close to the main lodge, and came with a golf cart to pick you and your belongings up. The staff was INCREDIBLY attentive and went above and beyond! Coming back next month!!!

Great service!
The joke was that we didn't get to touch the big heavy doors to enter the main building. Someone was always on top of it, in or out, with a pleasantry to boot. All parts of the service team were similarly proficient, pleasant, and helpful. The food at the members only (unless staying at the hotel) restaurant was simply incredible -- best gnocchi and steak, ever, and we both travel enough to be pretty calibrated, even with 5-star service. The hotel is set against a golf course surrounded by mountains and walking trails. The one blemish on their service was to mount many helpful signs leading from the clubhouse to the hiking trails, and to then drive over in a golf cart and angrily demand we vacate the golfing area. Like, but, you literally have signs directing people to walk that way. All the more jarring for how pleasant every other interaction was. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and they left a complimentary cake and bottle of red for us at check-in. Flourishes like that, that aren't a huge deal but also aren't a tiny pleasantry, really solidified our opinion: Best. Hotel. Ever. Also. The view from the room is kind of fantastic. Hills. Fog. Mood.

We arrived having to change clothes quickly for a wedding at a nearby winery. The initial indication is we would need to wait for a cart to come back to take us to our room. When we said we would walk, they found someone to take us quickly. We returned from the wedding at 1 a.m. and the next morning my wife had a migrane. At 9:30 the doorbell rang with a maid asking if we needed water for the coffee machine? Why not put there the night before? Then at 10:00 I went out on the patio to enjoy the view, a coffee an not wake my wife. Immediately in the adjoining patio maintenance had a blower going full blast... finally I got up to go inside and my wife was at the door begging them to stop the blowers at the front door. After this type of morning we asked for a late check out..... they said definitely not as they were fully booked. So we rushed to shower, pack and leave the $500 per night villa, more irritated than anything. My wife spoke to the manager, who said no credit could be given because we had prepaid through Expedia. (Not the first time I have had this issue). The manager offered some credit if we came back (6 hour drive) and to buy us lunch (had just eaten with friends). Probably could have been a good experience with more time, but really awful to have blowers outside $500 per night rooms and ringing doorbells early morning before check-out. Strange.

Nice, but could be better for the price.
I have heard great things about this place and overall their were many positives - the service was good. I ordered room service a few times and the person who took my order was not very helpful. The food was good but pricey for what you get. The rooms are spacious - however the kitchen area needed to be updated and cleaned. The fridge was dripping water and the coffee area was a bit dingy. The bathroom needs to be updated - the shower handle fell off and it was quite dated. The phones were very old and the plugs were not current for technology purposes. The bed was very comfy and the pool area was nice - I was surprised that their was not a hot tub.

Great staff, but overall missed the mark a bit.
First off, the staff is amazing. Everyone we encountered was professional and quick to help. Outstanding team! Unfortunately I can't say the same about the unit. Slightly dated with 4x4 almond tile in the bathroom. We checked in and spent two hours dealing with phones not working, TV's not working. They finally moved us to a different unit. Also kept having to deal with spiders and flies in the units. Dirty hand prints behind the bathroom door, obviously overlooked by housekeeping. We had a large dog show up in our units backyard that would not leave. Food was excellent and I can not say enough about the quality of the staff!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway
I had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Cordevalle - the staff are super friendly, the golf cart service is extremely convenient, and the facilities were beautiful. Especially impressed with how spacious the rooms are. Food on site (though I only tried breakfast room service) was delicious, which is a good thing considering there are some, but not a ton of options nearby. I'll definitely come back in the future!

Evidemment notre séjour était excellent, c'est un 5 étoiles. Calme, vue sur le golf, chambre spacieuse, cheminée gaz, petites attentions (cafés, vin, chocolats,...) mais pour le prix (environ 500$ la nuit) je pense que c'est normal. Si je dois être un petit peu critique : - la salle de bains est très grande, avec une grande douche, et une baignoire/jacuzzi. Par contre la déco n'est pas "chic" (plan de travail en carrelages) et il y avait même 3-4 carreaux cassés. - le parking est un peu loin des chambres (entre 3 et 6 minutes) et il n'y a pas forcement quelqu'un avec une voiturette pour vous amener. De plus, la nuit, le chemin est peu, voir pas, éclairé. - Piscine chauffée ok... Evidemment ce ne sont que des petites critiques et ce ne sont que des détails. Cela ne gâche absolument pas le séjour.
