'The service was amazing. After I booked our stay I was contacted by the Concierge staff asking if I would like them to arrange airfare from Belize City and transfer to the resort. They took care of that so I did not have to worry about it. A week before our trip they reached out again to reserve our golf cart and snorkeling trip. I so appreciate them taking care of all these details. The front desk staff was friendly too as were the servers at the restaurant.'
