Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Hair left everywhere and it looks like someone else just left the room. Stale smelling rooms or they smell like smoke. The older man that works the front desk is rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. We asked for more coffee when it was empty and he made it very obvious that he was upset that he had to make more. The other staff at the front desk is the same. I’d stay somewhere else if you can unless you want a dirty room

This hotel has guests that stay for a long time so there are stovetops, a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Unfortunately, people were cooking foods that did not smell good and it drifted into the hallway and room. There should be complimentary air fresheners for guests. It’s also next to a freeway so noise is an issue. The staff was sweet and the price was decent for a room. Didn’t visit the pool or spa

As we arrived the receptionist was leaving for a 30 min break. The sign said “short staffed.” To her credit she came back and checked us in. However, when we got to our room we could not access it as our key cards had been incorrectly programmed. We got functioning key cards when she returned from her break. There was a lot of freeway noise in our room. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Only bar soap. The room was a generous size.

It was convenient because it was close to where I was working in the area. There was people smoking and no one available at the front desk to let them know. The toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night. When we left in the morning the front desk person was very dismissive. I would only stay here again soley for convienience.

It is so nasty from the hotel management to advertise their rooms at one price and then when you get there they say: Sorry we don’t have any room available at that price but…. I have stayed here before and left a positive review. The check in was painfully slow because an irate tenant was shouting about her terrible room and a second was trying to check out early because "nothing was working". We were told our double queen was not available, simply because 3rd party services "just hand out rooms without checking that we have them". We were "upgraded" to a king with double sofabed, but there were no pillows available for the double ("it's okay, you have 4 on the king"). I noted our dog would be with us when I booked but they were grumpy they had not been informed. The bathroom had moldy caulk and ants. I sure hope this place can turn around because it used to be great value and perfectly fine. I doubt we'll be back to try it again however.

Big lie with this reservation. It says the breakfast was included. But actually it was not. Pool was not available. The public restroom located at the 1st floor was not available to be opened with the room key card. When I asked for help, no one at the front desk to assist me. When I requested to do a room cleaning service,the front desk told me I had to request one day ahead with BERY RUDE attitude. I said how about providing some clean lines that I can change by myself, the staff just handed me the lines and asked me to bring to the room while I had my hands full with some coffee and water cups. The worst thing ever was after I stripped the bed sheet, there were bloody spots on the mattress cover which was covered by the bed sheet. The 3rd day morning they even had no more coffee at 8am and no more hot water, when we tried to ask for help, no one was available AGAIN! The website should REMOVE the Breakfast included! This is the worst experience and worst service we ever had!

Try to stay anywhere else first!! Our check in was delayed from 3:00 to 5:00, and upon check-in, the manager was crass and swearing at both her coworkers and another guest. When we got to our room, it was disgusting. Pet hair from a previous guest everywhere, mold covering the shower, and bugs crawling in the carpet! When I asked to change rooms- they said they were fully booked. When I asked for a refund so I could stay at a different hotel, they said they have a no refund policy and that I had to “tough it out”. At night, it doesn’t feel safe and I felt I had to bring protection with me. Laundry facilities were disgusting and mostly broken. Every staff member I spoke with was rude or short tempered. Overall, this was a horrible stay! I would truly try to avoid staying here at any and all costs!!!
