'Check in process a little odd as you have to download an app which didn't work for us. Manager extremely accommodating in letting us in, however and very responsive to communications. Lovely place if a bit "cold" feeling. Could use a light on the other side of the sofa as it gets dark at night in room. Also, a small table in bathroom would be great to place toiletries. The space on the sink is limited with various facets, etc so I had to put on floor. Coffee pods would have been...

'We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!'

The location was a bit removed from the main areas, but it was easy to access (once we figured out the locks) and had a parking spot available for our use (which was super helpful).
