An excellent beachfront Sanibel rental!
I am so glad that we found this place. The location for us was perfect, the beach was beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed and that we enjoyed her stay. He contacted us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what to do I highly recommend this rental!!!

Great vacation spo!
Located on one of the more private areas of Sanibel. Top rate service and communication. Very handy to the restaurants we like yet very private. Nice pool. Absolutely the best equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Anything you could want in the garage from bikes chairs and beach carts to floats, tools, and toys. The shelling is the best I have ever seen in Sanibel. We gathered an entire large beach cart full of amazing shells during the week, picked out favorites and dumped the rest on the beach. We had a "feeding frenzy" from the other tourists the next morning. This was a pile 3 feet across and 2 feet high! Stay if you get a chance.

This property was amazing. The views were out of this world. Especially the one from the master bedrooms. Waking up to the sunrises everyday is like a dream. The owner Jim is one of the best property owners I've ever worked with. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was very nice to work in. Large living space made it nice to lounge around. It was great to have all the beach supplies as well. Chairs, bikes, umbrella, and a wagon to boot. Made taking all your stuff to the beach effortless. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful Townhome! Stunning beach views!
We very much enjoyed staying at Jim's townhome! The views from the master bedroom/spare room and whole downstairs are amazing! I cooked breakfast while watching dolphins! We found ourselves sitting and watching the waves very often! The beach was so close, closer than any other place I have stayed on Sanibel.10/10 would stay here again! Jim is very quick to reply if you need to contact him for anything, from check in to check out the process was very smooth. Thank you Jim!

Great destination
This unit is just yards from the beach! A wonderful, quiet home and beach. Owner provides numerous chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floats and even wagons to carry the items. The first floor cabana was perfect and we used it everyday! Good location on the island. Jim is personable, responsive and made great recommendations.

Wonderful Property
Golden Beach #4 was perfect for my family. Our ages ranged from 6 to 69. The condo is spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) stayed here for spring break 2022. We had a wonderful time - owner was very responsive prior to our arrival and upon arrival. The condo is situated right on the beachfront, the beds were comfortable. The unit is equipped with bikes which was wonderful. We used them every day. Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc all provided. We had a great time. Would stay here again.

Amazing time on Sanibel!
The location and layout of this place can't be beat! It was easy to spread out with the bedrooms upstairs. The washer and dryer is down in the garage, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The kitchen is well-stocked, but the pots and pans are on their last leg. Also, there are only a few plastic cups in the whole place. You get to have your own hose and sand cleaning station. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs and the bikes were a big plus. There are things here and there that are ready to be updated or fixed, but overall we enjoyed the stay very much! Jim was very attentive and helpful.

I have instructed my management company to purchase plenty of plastic cups/glasses. There are plenty of glasses and coffee cups. I will also have my management company to look at the pots and pans and get rid of any of them that have seen better days and replace them with new ones. I purchased a complete set of gourmet pots and pans 18 months ago over and above what was already there, so they should be in good shape., but my management company will check it out and rectify it.

Beautiful getaway for the whole family
We had the best time and the property owner Jim even called and checked up on us during our stay. The views from the entire home were breathtaking and our two small dogs were very comfortable and happy there with us as well. The path to the beach was nice to walk and very private as it only belongs to the 4 townhomes in the area. All the comforts of home with the amenities and close enough to everything.

Location, location, location!
This was a lovely home with a beautiful living space and absolutely the best beach location! We shelled, walked, went swimming in pool and gulf, visited Ding Darling almost every day and enjoyed each other’s company. My dad got awesome sunrise and bird photos. Dreamy! Stairs were necessary but a challenge for some of us! Our dogs were thrilled to go on vacation with us and taking them out down the stairs gave me a great fitness opportunity! 😊Communication was great. Hope to return.

Loved Golden Beach location
The location on Sanibel is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. The owner was very prompt to call us on Sunday morning after our Saturday check-in to assure that all was well. I brought a couple of issues to his attention regarding slow drainage in the bathrooms. The property manager had someone out the next day to take care of things. The kitchen is very well stocked w/ equipment to enjoy in-house cooking! I brought a few things to the owner's attention after checking out regarding cleanliness which I am sure have now been rectified!!! He is very on top of things & quick to respond! The shared pool w/ the other 3 townhomes is very clean & refreshing! The boardwalk to the beach is in great shape and makes getting to & from the beach very easy! Great location for dog friendly! We had a great, relaxing, Sanibel breezy time!

Great family friendly condo in just the right location!
Condo has lots of space and is very well equipped for an active beach vacation. Beach chairs, cart, bikes, bbq grill, etc. were all in good working order. The condo itself has great views of the water & has a fantastic floorplan....very open. The owner is involved & checked on us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing, family type of getaway.

Peaceful Paradise
You cannot help but be overwhelmed by the amazing gulf views as soon as you walk in the door. From beginning to end our stay was smooth, pleasant, peaceful, and overall just plain amazing. From the initial reservation through check in, communicating with the owner was a breeze and any information I needed was just a phone call away. Check in was easy. We arrived after hours and were able to pick up our keys with an information packet that provided a lot of local knowledge of the area in addition to clear directions for anything you would need to know about the house. We really appreciated the phone call from the owner the next morning after checking in. Everything was great so we didn’t need anything but the gesture was very appreciated. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Just about every kitchen utensil you could possibly need was there, I think this was the first time I didn’t need to buy anything to supplement what was missing. We really enjoyed the privacy of only a 4-unit development. The easy access to the beach, the almost private pool, and the serenity of the views all add up to pure bliss. We were already talking about a return trip on day 2.

Bikes provided. Nice size pool that is large enough to share among the condos. Most of all, my family enjoyed the very short walk to the beach (which was never very crowded).

Best Sanibel Vacation Ever!
We’ve been coming to Sanibel Island for almost 3 decades. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed! And although there is a property a manager, Jim, the owner, got personally involved when we had questions. Amazingly, when we wanted an extra cable channel upon our arrival, we dared contact Jim. He immediately went to work to get the channels added. And that was over a weekend! This home has the premier view of the ocean in a great location with great shelling, low traffic, etc. And six bikes! I can’t say enough about this home and our family can’t wait to book again! The location was nice and quiet being at the end of the road. It was a nice short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome with some shade during parts of the day. The townhouse was roomy and the beds were all very comfortable including the pull-out couch in the living room. We used the umbrellas, wagons, beach chairs that were provided! We reached out for additional umbrellas and they were delivered asap! I would highly recommend staying here as it is close to everything but private for your own space. :)

You Can’t Beat the Location!
We recently stayed for a week at Jim’s property and had the best time! You can’t beat the location! The townhouse is onlya short drive from Jerry’s grocery store, the lighthouse, park, and many restaurants. The townhouse is directly on the beach so we were treated with gorgeous views of the beach all week and it was a breeze to wheel out all our beach gear onto the sand. There are plenty of beach chairs, floats, and towels so there is no need to pack your own, but I would suggest bringing your own beach umbrella or tent because all of the umbrellas were broken. We had packed our own cabana and beach toys so this wasn’t an issue. Everything was clean and in operating order during our visit. A previous guest had stored strong smelling fish in the refrigerator and the dirt devil smells like wet dog, but you expect to come across these minor details since rentals get a lot of abuse from careless visitors. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the townhouse was and especially enjoyed the collection of puzzles. We managed to build four of the puzzles during our stay! The beds were super comfortable and my husband and father-in-law had some of the best sleep during their stay. I do wish there were shades or darker blinds in the bedroom. As much as I enjoy waking up at sunrise, I was hoping to sleep in a few mornings during the vacation. A note for families with small children. I did find it very difficult to baby proof the staircase. We have a newly walking one year old, an overactive three year old and a senior dog with a bad hip so it was really important to keep them from falling down the stairs. We were able to barricade the bottom of the staircase with a baby play yard gate, but couldn’t find any solutions for the top of the staircase. A pressure mounted gate could easily be pushed down by the kids so we ended up putting baby locks on the doorknobs so that the kids couldn’t leave the bedrooms while upstairs. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return next time we visit Sanibel Island.

I call all of my guests on Sunday morning after they arrive on Saturday to make sure that everything is in good shape for their stay. I also, called the guest on Monday and sent a text. She text me back that she had her hands full with her young children and everything was great. I wish that she had returned my calls or mentioned the beach umbrella issue in her text, so that I could have had my management company bring over two new beach umbrellas within a few hours. After reading the review, I talked with my current guest and she said that there is one good umbrella. My management company is delivering two new beach umbrellas in the morning. I am glad that they had a wonderful vacation.and I hope that they return to Sanibel Island and Golden Beach # 4 soon!

Clean comfortable condo located steps from the beach. Heated pool shared with only 3 other units. Bikes, beach chairs, and laundry in the garage. Bike path just down the street. Host is responsive and so helpful! Do yourself a favor, throw your swimsuit in a bag and head for this slice of paradise! I’m already planning our return trip!

We were grateful to find such a spacious condo that could accommodate our family of 6 adults as well as our golden retrievers. We all had a relay and fun filled week. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking and we had a bbq grill as well. The beach and pool were convenient and never crowded. The views are just spectacular!! When we had an issue with some beach equipment the rental company had replacements there within hours.the cabana has a mini fridge which was convenient as well. Overall a wonderful week!
