Close to the beach this beautiful little cottage was modern and fresh. Just a stones throw from a parade of shops which included a lovely restaurant which we ate at twice. Food was amazing

Great get away
Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Nice furnished studio and bathroom. We missed a screen door for fresh air in the bedroom. There was a minimum kitchen equipment only. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great little place!
We enjoyed our visit. Clean, light, inviting, and conveniently located. Could use a few more kitchen utencils. We love to cook...and felt a little limited in preparing meals! Sanibel Island is such a magical place...We will always return...again and again!

5 night Sanibel retreat
We loved the location! The wagons, beach chairs and bikes were much appreciated. We used them daily. The only things we needed were a blow dryer and some shelves in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower.

Amazing
Stayed here for our 25th anniversary. The location is absolutely perfect! The unit is clean and updated. Full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Bring your own dish detergent and you can use a soap holder in the shower. Other than that absolute perfection 😁

Warm Sanibel welcome
Parrot's Nest was a wonderful base from Which to explore Sanibel. It was only a10 to 15 minute walk to the gulf side beach. Our unit was spacious, well equipped,and tastefully decorated. With a comfortable bed. What more could you ask for??? We loved it

A cute little cabin island cottage.
Nice little property. The communal bikes and proximity to the beach were what hooked me. It’s not fancy. They lean into the fact that’s it’s dated and simple. I loved it. I’d dare say it’s kitschy. If you want the most modern amenities or to be where action is it’s probably not right for you. If you want a quiet experience away from the crowds it’s absolutely lovely. Cell service was spotty for me and the shared unsecured network was slow to the point of not working at at times. Just a heads up if you need to work remotely or need constant internet access. We loved it! We’ll be back.

Quick weekend getaway
Property looks as noted in the summary. Bathroom was NOT renovated, with leaking faucet and dust on the ceiling light. Kitchen was adequate for a weekend but no stove (heating elements). Property is well maintained with plenty of bikes and carts for use.

This was the perfect place for the two of us! The bed was very comfortable, we loved the location, and we loved having access to bikes! I would recommend getting a headlamp or something if you're going to be out past dinner. Thanks for hosting us!

Our Sanibel Escape!
Really enjoyed our stay at Lovebirds #5! Spacious efficiency room with lots of extras. Laundry facilities on property, beach combing accessories, and bikes available for cruising around Sanibel. Beach access is only a short ride away, which was awesome! Would love to stay here again in the future! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely, quiet property. Very clean and easily accessible. Just a tad difficult in using the t.v., hard to figure out. The communication was good for the most part and we were able to check in early. Truly enjoyed our stay. .

Love Nest
The property was clean and we loved the free access to use the bikes around Sanibel! I wish they had an iron/ironing board for our wrinkled clothes in our suitcases, but aside from that nothing was missing. They even had beach towels so we didn't have to use our own. It's a cute cottage and great for couples!

Day getaway
The property was very nice. The check in was strange. I didn't get the code for the lock box so had to ask the cleaning girl. I also was told AFTER booking and when I asked just to make sure if having two cars would be a problem. I was told yes since the place was booked. So I had to pay for parking in Ft. Meyers in a lot and have someone from my party pick me up. That was a hassle. And then once getting there the place was not booked and there was plenty of parking places!!! So it cost me more money!!! Beware of this. I really should get a credit

Arlene, we are thrilled that you enjoyed the property!! Check in is as simple as apple pie :). You just needed to sign the rental agreement which we called and emailed you about several times. Actually, your date, the cottages were at 100% occupancy, it can look deceiving as travelers come and go exploring... oftentimes in their cars, Come visit us again soon!

Check in was very easy. They even called to let us know that they finished cleaning and we could check in early. We traveled all over Sanibel and could not have been happier with our location for the week. Also, very happy with the bikes and beach chairs that were provided

Perfect in every way
Clean, comfortable and great location! We loved staying here! The mattress was so comfortable that we want the same for our home! Everything was great.. you could easily stay here and prepare your meals. Nice outside patio area and a huge common area to relax and fire pit. Laundry area for small fee. Bikes available which we used to ride to beach and trails! Also. Great breakfast place within. Few feet! Kim also provided great restaurants and tips. We are talking about returning next September!!

Parrot Paradise
Cottage had everything we needed and we cooked four dinners on site. Loved being able to ride bikes provided by Parrots Nest with beach chairs on our backs to the beach and Lighthouse! Would come back again!

Sanibel Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lovebird Condo at Parrots Nest. The updated unit was really spacious and private. The bikes allowed us a quick ride to Lighthouse point, and the laundry facilities were convenient for use!
