The front desk manager who was vaping in front of the no smoking sign. Was so rude to my family, this person called my son who is 11 very foul names. I had stayed here twice before and was a nice experience, never again! horrible service, dirty hot tub. Disrespectful staff, if your a person of color like myself i recommend not to stay here.

We ended up cancelling our stay due to the limited parking. The “night auditor” was very rude! Lots of homeless around that area.

Hello Keesha,My apologies for both parking and interaction with our night auditor. Staff doesn't have authority to cancel without penalty and does have to go through the GM if we were to waive. Our parking is larger than most in area but can be limited depending what time you check and the vehicle. Sold out nights does create and issue at times. We hope next time you visit us we don't run into these issues.

It a place for stay over a night or emergency night nothing like a gateway is a small place, old buildings and super noisy not advices for family I feel I was in a motel plus the jacuzzi it was closed, the breakfast was the same the two nights that I stayed over.

I didn’t think the room was worth the money we spent for a night. The fan on the heater ran continuously and loudly and kept me up. If we turned it off it was too cold. It was uncomfortable and loud.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was very nice, very standard, good selection and well stocked. My only complaint was that the room we were in was right on the road and next to a busy intersection and the freeway. It was very loud. Definitely needed ear plugs. I know the property can’t do anything about that but if you are a light sleeper i would suggest asking for a room away from the road.

The room was dirty. Dirty enough that we didn’t stay. There was hair and filth in the bathtub. No way I would put my toddlers in it. My toddlers feet were black after walking around for a very short time. The chair in the room was so stained and gross. The man at the front desk didn’t seem surprised.

Love that the bathroom has an exhaust fan (not many hotels do this!!) The skylight and automatic lights are fantastic as well. Parking was cramped, most regular pickup and SUV's barely fit into a space and doesn't allow room for getting in/out of vehicles (I have a tiny, compact car and was still tight!)

Had a pleasant stay. Love the hot tub in the room. . Was disappointed that AC and heater didn't work. Didn't like how the homeless would bother you when you were outside. The guy at the front desk was amazing though. Very helpful.

This hotel was one of my favorites. Check in was super easy. The person who checked us in was super kind and explained everything thoroughly. The room was very clean. The boardwalk was a short drive. There were about 4 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was great!
