We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy. I am wondering if you have left this review for the correct property though because it was well over a month ago that you stayed here and the vast majority of reviews about our beds are positive. I am also confused about the "do not do or cannot have" reference because all of our amenities are up and running. We do not allow pets or smoking, if that is what you mean. I wish I had a few more details from you so that we might make improvements. Still, we very much appreciate your staying with us!
