'We had a great start. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the host quickly accommodated. Unfortunately after our stay it was the complete opposite. The host has made false accusations albeit this is unclear because of the language differences and this is currently under investigation.'

'Wir haben soviel gesehen und viele Tips genutzt. Es wurden viele Strände, Klöster und Gärten besichtigt. Wir haben tolle alte Städte gesehen und sind über Klippen gewandert. Jeden Tag haben wir uns dann auf unser schönes Haus gefreut und abends von der Terrasse auf die schöne Bucht gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!!'

'Petite semaine dans un joli moulin. Le vent était présent, normal c'est un moulin. Moulin trés joliment rénové, magnifique piscine et vue. Tres au calme. Nous y sommes allés à 3 avec un enfant de 7 ans. A 2 adultes c'est plus adapté. Semaine sympa, et accueil super.'

'Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.'

'Absolutely stunning villa with very much space. You have absolutely everything you need for a perfect staying. Great pool, wunderfull jaccuzi, your own mancave with a pool table, even a steam cabin. Everything is very well taken care off and super clean. Carla put a bottle of wine plus and a compleet basket of fruit as a wellcome. I don't think a holiday villa can offer more than this! 'Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. Since it rained quite a bit during our stay, it dampened our visit. Again, we went during the off-season. Scott is very attentive and accommodating. Will go back to this place.'

'Quiet and peaceful with plenty of room for our family time in north central Portugal. Beautiful Nazare harbor views - hear the waves crashing on the beach each morn. It is not in town so you will need a car to explore entire Nazare, but then again you probably have one to get here. Owner was very responsive to messages and we really had no issues.'

'We were happy to be one of the first visitors in this very nice house. The house and swimming pool are even bigger and nicer than shown on the pictures. Almost all furniture and equipment were brand-new. Ideal is that all the rooms are on the same floor. Swimming pool is very clean and bigger than you might think looking at the pictures. 'It is a beautiful big apparment, the ocean is only 10 minutes walking and the private pool is very clean and nice and cool on a hot summers day. the host is very kind and has good tips on what to do in the area. it's a very quiet location. you can hear the ocean, the birds and an occacional car, but that's it. we loved our stay with our 2 kids (6 and 3 years old). they really didn't want to leave :) '
