A staff won’t let you check in anytime before 2pm , otherwise you’ll pay a high fee. The bedding is old and lost its colours , the towels are hard to the touch. You can hear the upstairs guests when they have a shower. We stayed here last year and it was better at that time. But the buffet food was good—-I must give them that.

The shuttle from the hotel that picks up guests from the airport arrived late I had to wait over an hour till its arrival (keep this in mind if you have a short layover) the shuttle pick up areas had no signs or instructions you are on your own to figure it out, you could have up to 8/10 shuttles from different hotels arriving at the same tome is very chaotic and hard to find yours, the hotel is okey for an overnight hotel, the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of food and beverages. The same restaurant provided a delicious lunch and dinner buffet. It is close to the Guarulhos airport and has a reliable airport shuttle around the clock.
