'Onze kamer, nr.6, deed erg benauwd aan (laag plafond, erg groot dressoir in de kamer waar je niets mee kunt). Gedeelde badkamer zeer klein, geen mogelijkheid om je was spullen neer te zetten. Vloer zeer schuin, huis is erg oud. Aan het onbijt wordt veel aandacht gegeven. Je kan opgeven wat je wilt en het wordt vers voor je bereid.'

'Overall positive experience from this property. Pros: Beautiful cabin in a great location on the Ausable River. Close enough to all of the things you would need or want from your stay while also giving you the privacy you're looking for. Cons: I believe the cleaner did not do a thorough cleaning of the master bedroom which was disappointing. We had to re-wash all of the bedding upon our arrival.'

'Our stay to view the totality of the eclipse on 4/8/24 was outstanding. The clouds cooperated and the view from the deck was perfect to watch the moon's slow march across the face of the sun - and then to be plunged into darkness surrounded by the trees and mountains was otherworldly. The house was neat, clean, and had everything we wanted or needed. Marty and Melissa were the perfect hosts with super easy and fast communication. We would love to stay again even without an eclipse!'

The sofa bed was horrible (juste for one personne) So three persons had no place to sleep and the host didnt care and told us that we should bring our own matress. 'If you look at the listing and say 'wow, this place sounds great!' then you're exactly right. We had a group of 13 for four nights, and it was the perfect place for us. Derek was an excellent host and answered all of our questions and gave some great recommendations. Only problem was that there were just too many fun things to do. Guess we'll just have to come back.'
