'The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We felt right at home. The owner was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. We also noticed the house was very close to all the major Silicon Valiey companies for those looking for a place to stay while working.'

'This home is as sweet and as clean as can be. Skillfully and tastefully remodeled, the home is comfortable and well appointed. Guests in the ensuite Master Bedroom have a luxe advantage over the other bedroom, so couples may be drawing straws, but fine for parents/kids. We had a ball at the Boardwalk (walked there twice), the Pier (with the sea lions), and that delightful downtown for great meals and shopping. Very, very fun weekend.'

The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again.'

'Such a lovely home with plenty of space for our family during our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet location and on a cul-de-sac. Easy and short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!'

'This lovely updated 4 Bedroom rental has an open floor plan on the upper level. Windows with three directional views from living room, kitchen and dining area. Nice deck. The deck has clear wind screens. Kitchen well stocked. The whole house is decorated, but not cluttered. We were there and Front row seating for King title waves of Dec.2023. There is a temporary one-way abutter access due to temporary road repairs. . Walking and negotiating packing an unpacking for multi-family stay needed.....

'I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.'

'The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.'
