'Had such a wonderful time at this property. Russel was a great host. Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!'

'We had a great time at this beach house for our recent visit. The large porch is great for enjoying the sounds of the beach in the morning; and the location is very close to a pedestrian bridge to the beach. Manager was easy to communicate with, and we hope to come back again soon!'

'We are not frequent beach goers but everything about this place seemed just right - including an actual full gulf view from the deck (it seems a lot of the houses might have obscured views). The golf cart was a game changer (though did not have the permit to actually take on the beach) it allowed us to load up and zip around. 'The property is well decorated and clean. Perfect size for a larger family. Pros: You can see the water from the front deck which has a great large inset bench for everyone to sit on in the morning and have coffee. The water you see in front of you is rocks with no beach. Go to the right and you will find the jetty if you like to fish. Go to the left for about 4 minutes and you will hit the beach. Nice morning walk beach for laying out in the beach. The free beach/camp beach is 3 miles away....

'Steve was so helpful and easy to contact. The condo was very clean & beds were comfortable as well. Great location with views of the beach from both balconies. This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure.'
