'The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. For us with a student at Baylor, this location being south of Baylor is fabulous for traffic during popular Baylor weekends since you can travel on Old Robinson Road and skip I-35.'
