As for your comparison to this room to a motel, it would have been preferable for you to communicate these concerns to me during your stay. It is an older building on the exterior, however maintenance has been done indoors.

Hi Danielle, Thank you for your review. We will be looking into everything that you have addressed here in the review. As for the building, the main building address is clearly labelled at the front of the building, we just preferred to not call it one name as each room has it's own name. As for the blinds, you have to pull it to the right or left side for it to be pulled up or down. During the winter months is when we do touch up renovations and we will definitely be changing things in here. As for "trying to do things on the cheap", that is not what we do , we do put in a lot of effort to make sure that the customers are satisfied with what is provided. During the course of usage, some things do get damaged and we replace those things. As for stains on comforters, we wash all linens after each and every guest. Your feedback is appreciated and anything that needs attention will be worked on. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback Greg. This is a studio apartment and there are windows but are a bit higher above, however it looks as posted in the pictures. We do have two other rooms with city views as shown in photos.

Thank you for your review Taran, however it is false. I remember your situation very clearly. As the owner of this property, I genuinely cannot be present to meet all my guests as I have other businesses to take care of as well as a family. This is the reason I have my property manager on site to address any needs and all my guests have my telephone number if they wanted to get a hold of me at any time. Secondly, "some guy" is my property manger as I had notified you in your welcome message and he is very communicable in English and I really do not appreciate you belittling him in this way. He is a very nice man and goes out of his way to make all the guests comfortable and to address their needs. Further, I had just had my air conditioner serviced 2 weeks earlier for the annual check up and as it supplies 2 other rooms as well, it was working perfectly fine in all other rooms. I'm not sure what you did to the thermostat or if you wanted an instant fix because in order for it to cool the entire apartment further, it would require a bit of time. My property manager did come to your room and set it properly for it to work and you did not mention any issues with it afterwards. At approximately 9 pm, my other guests in the building communicated to me that you and your other guests were very loud, screaming, with loud music and jumping up and down. At this point, my property manger came to your room and asked you to quiet down to respect the other guests in the building and to be considerate of your volume level. At about 1 am, I was messaged by my other guests, again, that you and your friends' loud noises and music and jumping had not stopped at which point I tried to call you and was unable to reach you for the second time. I called my property manager and asked him to bring his phone over to you as I was not in town. At this point, I informed you that if you and your friends did not quiet down, you would have to leave the property. If this is what you consider to be rude on my part, please review your behaviour. All my guests are important to me and my property manager and I try our very best to make the stays comfortable.

Thank you for your review Nat. We will look further into kitchen cleanliness. Most individuals that do stay use the kitchen to do various forms of cooking and it is used a lot, especially the stove. Certain spots even when cleaned don't fully disappear but we will try our best to address this. Take care

Hello, Thank you for your review. This property is in the heart of Southampton with a few minutes walk to most amenities. This is a building with beautiful apartments on the second floor. In regards to access, it’s pretty straight forward, there are stairs in the back leading straight to 2 apartments and access to the other apartment through another staircase, it’s almost like a backsplit. My property manager always meets my guests to inform them of details and access. Otherwise, I hope your experience was enjoyable. Take care
