Super ambiance!
A great service and nice stay! The chateau is located just outside Dijon and close to the highway between Dijon and Lyon, so no need to travel through downtown. Excellent and nice castle!

Mooie locatie met veel groen (park en bos). Eten in restaurant is goed. Bediening goed en netjes. Bbq was iets minder. Is moeilijk om voor veel mensen te bbq’n en de kwaliteit van het eten goed te houden.

Van het zuiden naar België is dit een mooie tussenstop. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, grote tuin met vijver een mogelijkheid om te vissen. De economy en standaard kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, sommige hebben goede bedden. Drank is te duur.

Het enige minpunt is de afschuwelijke glazen aanbouw met lift aan de voorkant van het kasteel en wat smakeloze details in de inrichting. Verder niets op aan te merken. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, vriendelijk personeel.

Will not come back
Despite a nice staff, we are very disappointed. We have been given a room which was stuck in between an office, the billiard room, the breakfast room and the washroom. It was very noisy and we could hear almost everything. There is no curtain in the shower making impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom… and almost no WiFi connection available. To be mentioned that the bed might be as old as the house and is not flat. Last but not least when I prepared a tea in the morning, I found an insect in the boiler…

Quel dommage que les services et l'entretien ne soient pas à la hauteur de ce bel établissement 4 étoiles. Voici la liste des déconvenues que nous avons rencontrées. - rideau décroché dans une chambre qui ne pouvait pas être remis en place avant le lendemain - poussoir du gel douche cassé et flacon presque vide - boîte de mouchoirs vide placée en évidence qui n'a pas été remplacée - tasse à café utilisée la veille qui n'a pas été nettoyée Le matin au petit déjeuner, nous demandons poliment de nous rapprocher 2 tables pour s'assoir à 4. La personne présente ne le fait pas. C'est mon amie qui s'en charge et réclame que nos tables soient nettoyées. - Dernière précisons d'ordre pratique, aucune lampe accessible de l'autre coté du lit en 160 dans la chambre de nos amis (donc si vous avez besoin de vous lever dans la nuit et que vous n'êtes pas du bon côté, réveillez votre conjoint) Je termine en précisant que tous ces désagréments ont été signalés en temps voulu mais apparemment cela n'a choqué personne puisqu'au moment de régler notre facture, il nous a été réclamé 0.40 cts en espèces car le montant encaissé en carte bleue était erroné. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait, ne serait-ce qu'un café…surtout que nous avions réservé 2 nuits. Je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement qui n'est absolument pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles!

Chère Madame, Nous vous remercions d'avoir choisi notre établissement pour votre séjour en Bourgogne.Nous sommes navrés de voir que votre séjour au sein de notre Château n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances.Concernant les remarques sur votre chambre, nous sommes peiné qu'il y ait eu autant de désagréments, cependant, notre cheffe de réception a toujours répondu favorablement et avec le sourire à vos demandes, que ce soit pour changer votre boîte de mouchoirs vide ou encore votre tasse à café. Pour les 40cts restants à payer, il s'agissait des taxes de séjour. Ces taxes sont obligatoires et ne sont pas des bénéfices pour l'hôtel, mais sont reversées à la communauté de commune. C'est pourquoi nous vous avons demandé de régler cette dernière.Nous espérons pouvoir vous recevoir de nouveau prochainement au sein de notre Domaine afin de pouvoir vous proposer une expérience plus positive et à la hauteur de vos espérances. Helt greit opphold. God plassering, nydelige områder rundt. Men et par ting trekker ned: Bildene på siden er misvisende. Servicen er elendig, både på hotellet og i restauranten. På hotellet på morgenen fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte komme tilbake på kvelden dersom vi ville ha cappucino, for det var det ingen der som kunne lage på det tidspunktet. I restauranten ble vi sittende en evighet og vente på menyen, og stort sett resten også. Maten var ok.

We arrived past 9pm after driving in from Paris and the two reception ladies greeted us with a big smile. We booked two rooms in the castle building for 2 nights and were given rooms on the 1st floor which didn't have a nice view as it was half-blocked by a terrace of some sort filled with dead leaves. The room itself was nice, spacious and had an extra bed. The detailings in the room were also very nice. Bathroom was decent, but there was no space for makeup pouch after placing toiletries. Parking was easy and it was nice walking around the grounds. Definitely a nice experience staying here.
