I did not like paying for parking when there is ample space. I'll never understand that. We were too close to the elevators, my fault. I usually specify where i want my room.

Nice Hotel in a good location with an easy ferry ride to downtown , however there is obviously big staff issues at this location with extremely poor very slow service in the dinner restaurant and breakfast restaurant , Luke warm food that appeared to be overcooked and reheated so much so that we were forced to eat elsewhere . Management weren't really interested either which was a bigger problem !! we wouldn't return , there is plenty of other options

Very nice stay. The shuttle service to the golf course was wonderful as was the ferry shuttle across the river to access downtown Savannah. I think having to pay for parking at the hotel as an already paying guest at the hotel is ridiculous.

We stayed in river view queen room that had a balcony. Nice room but bathroom was very dark and lacked good lighting. Great pool with pool bar and jacuzzi. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

This is the only hotel on the river's other side. You need to take a water taxi to get to the other side. It appears that the hotel is short staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned for 4 days although I called twice to get the room cleaned and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on our door. The food was okay. I also purchased a romantic event on the river and it was not worth the money.
