'This is a cute home in a great area with available parking. However, there were huge lint balls near the drier. The blinds in the bedroom were severely broken and looked like the result of a frat party. A lamp shade was missing and something was melted onto the light bulb; looked gross. The hand towel holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom. The kitchen blinds were also broken. Upon entry there are spots on the ceiling where work was done. 'The outside of the building is a bit shabby but the inside is beautifully renovated. We stayed in a king bed studio but there are 2 other two bedroom apartments for rent in the same building. Quiet street. Easy walk to restaurants on Main Street. Added feature is the deck which faces west over the river - beautiful sunsets.'

'Super cute property, very quiet. Loved that we booked a 3 bedroom not knowing it was 2 different apartments! Having 2 single people and one couple worked perfectly! Single people took the upstairs 2 bedroom while my husband and i got the one bedroom downstairs. We only stayed one night but will definitely be booking again for our next trip to philly!
