'The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.'

'I wasn't used to using VRBO so had a little difficulty using my phone to do so, but the apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. Be aware that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhouse, but it is in a quiet neighborhood with dining places nearby and isn't very far from the Arch and beautiful parks. Easy to find. I would stay there again.'

'This two-bedroom unit has high ceiling and lots of tall windows letting in natural light (with good shades for privacy). Quite comfortable living room with Roku tv. Close to highway and downtown. Very comfortable beds. Good location with plentiful and safe parking on the street. Go to McGurks restaurant nearby----good food, live Irish music, just lovely garden for outdoor eating.'

'Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!'

'Both my husband and myself loved the fenced in yard. It was so convenient for our dog. We found the bed in the primary very comfortable, ,(you have to like soft beds). The location was perfect for us, just 6 miles down Gravois to Afton, and hanging out in Soulard. Plus we just hopped on the interstate to go home to Wisconsin.'

'The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.'

'Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

'My family visited St Louis overnight to attend a baseball game at Busch Stadium. The place was clean and comfortable. It was a short Uber /Lyft ride to Busch - probably not walkable for a night game especially. Parking was also very easy right in front of the property. Joe was great and very responsive. We have an 8 year old and did hear some nighttime bar noise and church bells - but it wasn’t bad - didn’t prevent her from sleeping well. Would recommend to anyone - much better than...
