It was very clean . Staff was excellent. Transportation was excellent. And the lady who took us to the airport. Normaaly she worked the front desk. Front desk was so helpful and mind Housekeeping was friendly and ready to help and breakfast was clean and great. Bed was very comfortable. I just wish they had cable movie channels. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Coast gateway hotel is perfect for an overnight stay to or from the SeaTac airport. They give shuttles promptly and offer a nice continental breakfast with waffles. The beds are comfortable and it is clean and quiet. I will stay again during my next trip.

I saw 9.2 rating in Expedia and it was highly recommended by Expedia. However, it was disappointing. I did not receive any perks for being a Expedia VIP member. The room was small. The bathroom sliding door was broken. The heater/ac unit was noisy. There was no blinding curtains. The room had a parking lot view... The toilet handle kept getting stuck. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. With these said, we were sort of here for sightseeing, so part of it is me picking a wrong hotel. The hotel is one of the closest to the SEA airport departure gate. It has a free airport shuttle service and gate departure info screen by the check in desk. The breakfast is OK. Had a couple of waffle makers and sausages plus the usual continental stuff. Coffee was surprisingly decent. I guess it is Seattle after all. If you want nothing else but close proximity to the airport and free shuttle, this hotel would be a good choice.

Nice clean airport hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We had an early flight and they provided a good bag breakfast to go. We checked in then returned rental car….Uber back to hotel was only $14…we would stay here again

It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport compliments a courtesy phone at the airport but when I got there I was put into a room near the roadway. But as soon as I explained they tried to change my room. , they eventually did. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I think the best thing about this hotel is the staff.

A shout out to night desk staff, Eric, who was so very kind and helpful. I stayed here because my flight home to Seattle was delayed, and that meant I would not be able to catch the ferry home. Eric was very helpful, made check-in very easy, and was just so welcoming that it felt like I was meant to stay there. Enormous room, very comfortable.

Upon check in, I was greeted from the reception desk and made a great experience recommending the next door restaurant, amazing food! I didnt get her name but she was fantastic. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again If I visit Seattle

This was a very pleasant way to handle a late-night arrival at SeaTac. The front desk gave me very helpful, simple directions to get me to the courtesy-shuttle pick up area, and the shuttle was prompt, comfortable, and convenient. The whole process was zero-stress, and the room was clean and comfortable overnight. I couldn't be happier, and I will definitely book again on my next trip. I certainly would recommend making a reservation; the hotel was full and they were turning away walk-ins the night I arrived.

We stayed here one night. They did not pick us up at airport after I called. The front desk person told me I must have been at the wrong spot even though we were at the location of all the hotel pick ups. Waited there about 15 minutes. Aside from that, the bathroom door stuck when shutting (one of those pocket doors), so we couldn’t shut it. I wasn’t expecting too much but there are plenty of options in the area. Go with another one.

This is the perfect hotel for a long airport layover. Close, convenient, and the staff were so nice. They also pack you a bag breakfast!

We called for the hotel shuttle after we landed but the hotel staff just hung up on us multiple times. Rooms were very noisy at night (can hear everyone and everything outside our room). In room AC was way too loud. Overall, a dated, below average place to stay. Breakfast staff were amazing!

This is our go to hotel. We love everything about this place. What we appreciated the most about our most recent stay was that the staff allowed us to stay just a little longer than the 11am checkout because the flight we were catching was later in the day. It was so nice. We feel like the staff here goes out of their way to be nice. We love them.
