The hotel facility was a bit old. Surrounding environment was not too safe as there were street people and homeless people near the hotel. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. Public transportation is convenient and restaurants and grocery stores are near by.

The place had a pungent smell. Probably the place needed some renovations or upgrading. The first room as I checked in didn’t seem to be the right room because it seemed to be unkept and under construction. Bathroom was dirty. After requesting to be in a different room, it was decent however there was a smell I think it smelled like a wet carpet that has not dried. I don’t know how else to describe it. It was not a comfortable stay for me however I stayed for a few hours since I checked in quite late and left the next morning.

The room was pretty clean and large, with a kitchen included. The service was great as well. Unfortunately we booked this quick and last minute without diving deep into reviews. The area is terrible. We saw 15 prostitutes directly across the street (during the day) which luckily weren't allowed at the hotel. We didn't stay the whole night as we were ready to get back to our kids, and didn't feel we could fully relax at night with the unknown of how bad they area really may get.

Furniture way outdated and worn, bathroom door was on backwards and did not shut properly. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Staff did not replenish any of the items we used…soap, coffee.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Im used to the Embassy but they were all out of rooms. My first thought was negative but the front desk was very informative with all the questions I had and very nice. The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was decent for continental. I would stay here again.

Wasn’t able to check in because there was no parking on site. Drug addicts lurking the property, peering into cars looking to steal/break into vehicles. Women of the night surrounding the building, getting picked up and doing business in front of the building. Unsafe and would definitely not recommend for families. Was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

This is the worst hotel experience I have had. The price is not cheap at all and there is no service or quality. Feels unsafe and very unclean. Everything in the hotel needs to be torn away and replaced.

The property was great. The staff was friendly and nice. However when I returned in my room around midnight the neighbors were being so luoud. I had to call the front desk twice and ask them to keep it down. Shortly aftwer they did. I would have guven all 5starts if it wasn't for that.

We got in around midnight and we were exhausted. The one staff member at the desk was brand new and had no idea how to check us in. It took 25 minutes to do the computer work after she tried charging us twice. Then couldn’t figure out the key cards. She finally did and we went all the way upstairs to have them not work, and then come back downstairs to do it again. The place was also old and ran down and we had two side doors that connected to other rooms that felt very unsafe. Would not stay here again.

This place is hell, the manager is horrible and she’s very rude, I booked this place and asked for a refund and she refused, the place stinks and it looks like rats living there, there customer service is horrible.

“Clean, and reasonably priced.” Had none of the problems stated in other reviews, except for thin walls meaning TV noise from neighbors. It’s a bad neighborhood with hookers across the street and plenty of homeless. Wouldn’t bring my kids, if I were bent on teaching my kids the whole world is like Disneyland. Scratched furniture etc bit everything clean. No vending machines. Breakfast was good. Great value for under $100.

The staff is great and the rooms are very nice and well cleaned. The only thing we had an issue with was the bathroom door didn’t close or lock all the way but it wasn’t that big of a deal because I was with my significant other. But if you’re staying with family i can see the issue. The parking is pretty good but there is limited space for bigger vehicles.

The breakfast was nicer than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hallway noise and people walking above our room were loud at times. It sometimes sounded like someone was trying to unlock our door and get in. Had some trouble with room key working, and had to insert key card 3-4 times before it worked, but nothing major (probably due to us inserting and removing the card either too quickly or too slowly 😄.

There is no service practically, the amenities in the room were non-working and was never fixed even on repeated requests. Breakfast if runs out before the scheduled time frame, those are not replenished. Late comers are deprived of breakfast.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was very noisy my first night. The room didn’t have any towels and neither of my keys worked at first. Pretty poor first impression but the second night was better. Fresh towels on day 2 but bed wasn’t made. Seemed like inconsistent service

Good borderline great room for price
1st this is a rating comparable to other motels in it's price range under 100$ a night, not to more expensive motels which I've also stayed in. The room was clean and relatively up to date. Floor vacuumed with no noticeable dust or dirt in the corners. Bathroom clean no mold on the curtain or shower area for which I have found in other motels of this price. Reason for 3 is that when I first walked in there was a strong musty smell of wetness and could tell the room had not been used for some time. It was late I didn't feel like changing rooms and the windows opened, so i opened and aired it out. 20 min. it wasn't noticeable. Come to find out the smell came from the bathroom sink which hadn't been used and believe dried P trap. After using it several times the smell was gone. Bed was firm, but comfortable with adequate pillows and bedding.
