Ik vond de kamer voor een Hampton Inn aan de kleine kant. Mooie bad kamer, maar verder was het hotel op de lobby na wat gedateerd. Redelijk ontbijt maar zoals gebruikelijk is niets vers bereid. Als komt uit de fabriek en lijkt te zijn gemaakt van ruwe olie.

It needs updating and the bathroom seemed a bit worn, grout needed updating. The bathroom and hotel just worn down and in need of updating. Carpeting old and worn, because of the major need for updating the hotel appeared dingy. Front desk staff very kind and helpful as was the hotel shuttle driver. Would have been a nice touch if the coffee would have been prepared for the 4:00 am shuttle passengers.

I searched for hotels with 24 hour airport shuttles but when our flight got in after midnight, there was no shuttle we called the hotel and were told the shuttle stopped running at 10 PM. The hotel itself is a substandard Hampton Inn. I wasn’t crazy about it. Oh well.

This is a great location, close to the airport with shuttle service every half hour. For the most part everything was great and worth the price we paid. It could've been a little cleaner but I have really high standards.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Did Not receive my water and warm cookie. When asking about food in the area they weren’t very accommodating just slipped a paper with local restaurants. Same when we inquired about transportation to the pier . My room clean except it had a strong stench of cheap cologne sprayed into the heating unit vent.

Road noise kept us awake all night. Shuttle driver from the hotel to airport didn't show. So, another employee came but was in no hurry for the guests and told guests that he needed to get some breakfast before leaving. He also had to pick people up at a neighboring hotel. We called an Uber. I didn't have time for that since our flight boarded at 5:25 a.m.

The staff at checking was rude and not welcoming at all. I actually wanted to leave after checkin. This is not how you treat paying customers. Person at front desk was impolite, seemed angry, did not explain what she was doing or where breakfast or our room was. Very disappointing!

I did not like the smoking area for guest. I do not smoke therefore I did not like that I had to walk through the smoke where the smoking area is designated by the pool entrance. It is not 25 feet from the door entrance.

Hotel was clean. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. You can hear the planes quite loudly as you're right near the airport, didn't bother us but worth considering if you're a light sleeper.
