Our stay at the Hyatt House in Bellvue was everything we hoped it would be. Great room, amazing breakfast, free parking, pool, hot tub, gym. It checked all the boxes and was worth it. Would gladly stay here in the future.

This place is clean. The room is spacious. The location is easy to find. We were surprised that there was no kettle of a kind to boil water. We asked for an electric one at the front desk and they said it was not available. We asked for a regular stove top kettle and they never got back to us!! The area is supposed to be quiet but we heard machine or heavy vehicle sound in the middle of the night. The breakfast was ok with fruit, bread, eggs and sausages. I think it is over-rated in the review.

Very nice property. Good fitness center and very good free breakfast. Wish the rooms had safes. And rooms need some updating. But very good value.

I’ve stayed here 3 or more times. The continental breakfast is great. The pool is great. Unfortunately the room this time wasn’t the best. We had to be moved because the first room’s toilet didn’t work properly. The second room’s toilet was too low to the ground and maybe it was an accessibility thing? I don’t know but it wasn’t the best. The room was on at the end of the hall and we heard traffic from the freeway so it was not very relaxing. Unfortunately I didn’t check the alarm clock before we went to sleep and it woke us at 6am. I would still recommend this hotel as it’s renovated and affordable.

Friendly staff, quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool was nice and clean, lots of towels, had some pool toys. The bar was great, made me mocktails. Comfy room and beds.

This property was easy to find and the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a restaurant and a bar here, so you don't have to leave for dinner and you get a nice warm breakfast in the morning.

Recently I stayed there and it was a bad experience for me and family. Blankets and bed sheets were very old and lots of disgusting stains on it . Also there were lots of hair on the couch that has not been vacuumed. Never recommended especially if you have children

When we showed up they told us I had two reservations. I kept showing the manager over and over that we only had one reservation. There must have been an Expedia glitch. When she said I would have to pay for both rooms all I could think was $800 for 2 nights is going to break our trip and we are going to have to head home. Finally after pleading my case showing her my reservations on the app over and over, a good 25 mins, she changed her mind and actually believed me there was a glitch in the system. They also told us not to use Expedia for reservations anymore. It made the beginning of the trip a bit stressful. Dinner in the restaurant the pasta wasn’t cooked, but the burgers were good. It bums me out to give a negative review, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, we would have loved to stay there again, and usually have a big group with us for Seattle Supercross, but we won’t just because of how we were treated at check in.
