Only thing i would of liked was a pool for my 3 year old. But everything else was fantastic.Everyone is so wonderful the staff are so Friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

I was very uncomfortable, as the sofa beds in your rooms are very old and lumpy. I wasn't even trying to sleep on them, just watch TV. Horrible and needs to be replaced. Caused a lot of pain. Speaking of the TV, in the first room, a pin number was needed to watch 14 shows, but when I called down, they said they couldn't do anything til the morning. So I got upset and they moved me to another room. It was exactly the same, except the AC worked and I could watch the very unsmart TV that seemed it was from the 80s. And THEN, the next morning, I was awakened by SCREECHING from the fire alarms, and it was hurting my ears so bad, that I ran to the lobby and was screaming. Apparently it is a yearly test they do, but I was so started and so hurt, and there was absolutely no reason they couldn't figure out a different way to do that. But I have to say that the staff and manager were VERY helpful. They moved me to a different room, asked me how they could make it up to me about the fire alarms, and helped me get some clothes I left in the first room. They are very professional and helpful, and made me feel like they cared about me and the situation. Top notch. The bed was comfy, too, which is important, of course. The hotel just needs a lot of updates. it is NOT meeting the standards that's expected from the Hyatt name.

Super convenient to the Climate Pledge Center, Space Needle and surrounding area. Dining and shopping within walking distance too. If you’re ambitious like us, you can even walk to Pikes Market and Miners Landing. Great hotel and the staff were phenomenal. Don’t miss the view from the rooftop deck.

You're staying here due to proximity to Seattle Center and other attractions, but the staff was great, the lobby clean and welcoming, and the breakfast better than expected. The decor was nice - modern with creative, pop-art prints of the city lining the walls. The rooms were well-appointed, but mine was due for some refresh - the pull-out couch was lumpy and not great to sit on. The mattress had a hump. Both otherwise it was fine and we had a nice stay. Also - the rooftop patio has a lovely view of the Space Needle and north end of the city. Would stay here again.

Parking was a bit annoying - their lot was full so I had to park at another lot of theirs two blocks away. Also the room was a bit noisy and worn down. Still, the stay was comfortable enough. I used earplugs to sleep and was fine and the breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Very nice accommodations, very clean. Room was nicer than expected so that was great. Disappointed that we had to park off site at a sister location which was a good 10 minute walk away and we were on a time crunch to get to climate pledge arena for a concert. The closeness to the space needle and arena was so convenient though. The bar/lounge was a big disappointment food wise but we’ll know better next time. Overall we had a nice stay!

Super close to the space needle and everything else we wanted to see on the trip..but got there late at night and there was no parking available so we had to park at a different hotel and walk about 2 to 3 blocks at 12 oclock in the sketchy downtown

Super helpful guy at the front desk - he was cool. The grandma at breakfast was nice and worked. The bartender was lame and old. The hotel is great. The space needle view was great. Room layout was great too, The parking garage was full, so we had to park at the sister hotel parking garage. I would totally stay here again.

This is the hotel to stay at when in Seattle. It was our best hotel stay in a long time. Staff was friendly, location was great, food was delicious! I cant say enough! Great with kids, lots of transportation and attractions close by. Great outside space with great views of city, mountains and space needle. They even run a shuttle to the cruise port!

My sister and I stayed here one night after a concert at Climate Pledge Arena, and the location—directly across the street from Seattle Center, couldn’t have been more convenient! We walked right to the concert in less than 10 minutes, and felt very safe walking back to our room afterwards. The amenities in our room were more than we needed, but exactly what I would want if I was staying with my kids (a kitchenette and a small amount separation from living area and the bedroom space) I highly recommend, and will stay here again!

The stay was very nice, only issue was the elevators. We were on the 8th floor and constantly had to wait for the elevator, sometimes up to 15 minutes and then it would stop on every floor on the way down with no one waiting at to get on. Decided to use the stairs on a couple of occasions.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful The location is amazing. Included hot breakfast is wonderful for all ethnicities. Even serves gluten free breads. Staff is so attentive and friendly. Super clean hotel and surrounding areas.

Great Location! But the bed and shower did not provide relief to an aching body from being on my feet in the rain all day. The bed was hard and the shower was like warm and lacked good pressure.
