Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please accept my sincere apology for finding the fruits "frozen and defrosted", I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience. We were intrigued by your poor experience and investigated this because we proudly serve fresh fruits only, in addition to all breakfast made from scratch. We do refrigerate the fresh fruits that are delivered biweekly at 36 degrees F to prevent spoilage and as required by local ordinances. Perhaps the fruits had not warmed up to room temperature after bringing them out and cutting up for serving. We truly thank you for your critique and have changed our process of serving them.
