From meeting Terry who greeted us, to walking in to freshly baked bread IN THE ROOM, to the fantastic breakfasts and the luxury accommodations, it was a wonderfully perfect stay. Everything we wanted to do was within 5 miles of the resort, so easy travel. Coming back to such a beautiful room after our outdoor adventures was just a treat. The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting.
