The hotel is huge! There are many buildings with rooms and it all looks really cute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Like others already mentioned the furniture could use an upgrade, not only in the rooms but the restaurant/bar as well. But we didn't care much about that furniture our overall experience there was great.

Beautiful resort, very nice shops and galleries insite. The only negative is not enough parking and also be aware the interior could use some uodating such as tile etc. But it us well kept and iverall an excellent property.,

Get looking property, close to restaurants, art and clothing stores. The property is right on the Oak Creek and very peaceful especially at night.

The property is very beautiful. The staff, especially the front desk, are very friendly. It's walkable to galleries and restaurants. The property was quiet and peaceful. The only thing that disappointed me was the inside of the property. It's a little bit outdated. The kitchen and bathroom outlets were not working. I wasn't able to make coffee.

There was a question about a prepaid amount and the people at the check in desk were very short with me. There were some small flying bugs in the bathroom that were somewhat annoying and when we checked out I mentioned it and only reply was “Did you call maintenance?”

We enjoyed our stay but were a little suprised at the conditions of our room. We were "up graded" to room A 102 which had a whirlpool tub on the porch. Amazing!! Well that is if ya dont mind the filthy dust covered tub and surround. Or 20 minutes to get hot water. That made the relaxing time with my wife so nice while looking directly into the lobby directly across from us. Just unexpected things that we hadn't imagined when hoping for some relaxing privacy.

Came with a group of 5 and got a 2 bed 2 bathroom. One of the toilets was broken and completely unusable. Maintenance came to fix it once and it broke again. Unusable for our stay making all 5 of us use one toilet. For the price, was disappointing. Overall great location and amenities but rooms seem outdated.

2 bed, 2 bath suite. Kitchen was very well equipped. Central air instead of box ac was great. Cabinets looked like they were from the 80’s. Grouting on the floor tiles around the toilet was breaking up. Bathtub had a brown tint to the floor. I’m sure it was clean but it didn’t look it. Caulk around tub coming apart. Poor patch fix on wood around tub. I would stay again but not in that room F229. When I drove on property it looked amazing. I was slightly disappointed how the room looked. Not what I expected. Lastly, I was quoted one price on Expedia then they added an additional $35 to it. Not sure why.

Nice property. Lot’s of amenities. The only complaint is the shower head was a cheap RV style. Everything else was really good.

We were in unit 310 it was very nice and spacious however we did not like the set up of bathroom being across the hall from first bedroom. Also no door at the sink area.

Outdoor areas were very nice. Room was spacious and comfortable except for furniture in living area. Couch cushions were sagging in front to the point where I almost fell off a couple of times—we had to keep pushing the lower cushion back in an attempt to try and secure it under the back cushion but it wouldn’t stay put. Couch definitely needs to be replaced.

Location was perfect, facilities were clean and up-to-date. The only downside was I was approved for late check out but my key card was deactivated prior to the time the staff told me I could leave.

The check in staff and communications were awesome! The property was absolutely beautiful and the grounds extremely well kept! Enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub. The room we stayed in could use some updating/repairs, but was clean and stocked nonetheless.

I do apologize that your stay was not up to your standards. We are going to go through a renovation end of this year beginning of next to upgrade and update the rooms. As for the food and beverage that is a third party and we do not have a way to control their hours, we do of course always have our small grab and go shop 24/7 with drinks, snacks, and treats! Hopefully we are able to have your next trip to Sedona be after the renovation so you can see the new and improved Los Abrigados!
