'Everything except the view. There is the beautiful Volcan Baru at the back, but it is impossible to see it inside the hotel and there is no access at the back. Awful view from the room. Construction in the front of the hotel. Ugly street. But the food and the service is excellent. Very nice people working in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean.'

'We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location in the middle of the coffee fields was unique. Although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow we were served fantastic food. The tenderloin steak was the best. Beatifully appointed large rooms, enough to sleep the four of us. We would have loved to join the coffee tour but apparently the last one leaves at 14.00 hrs. All in all we would definitely stay here again.'
