2de maal in 3 maanden dit fantastisch Hotel gedaan
Wij zijn voor de 2 de keer in dit resort geweest in 3 maanden tijd,dit zegt genoeg denken wij. Zijn reeds 37 keer in 5 sterren resorts geweest en deze is wel een favorietje van ons. Heel verzorgt hotel,heel lekker eten en nog echte showcooking en vers op je bord! Mooie en heel ruime kamers. Een echt goeie animatie team met variatie in de avondshows. Ene dag party met dansmeisjes en andere dag show en daarna live orkest. Voor elk wat wils! Volgend jaar zouden ze deze adult 16+ maken en zou wel tof zijn. Ze hebben reeds ervoor aan de ingang van het domein een complex gezet met groot pretpark met veel waterpret voor kids en hun ouders. Mooie bungalows speciaal voor kinderen ingericht. Ook is daar een restaurant voorzien en amfitheater voor de kinderen. Ook zijn ze nu naast de Selectum Luxery Resort een complex aan het bouwen met swimpool bungalows en deze zou in het voorjaar 2019 open gaan. In het restaurant heb je veel keuze en elke dag een thema avond,weer zeer goed bediend van de 2 Ali koks en dit waar ze vis en vlees grillen. Als je iets zag liggen in de glazen frigo zoals vis of vlees soort grillen ze dit voor je. Toffe guest relation manager! Wij gaan zeker terug!

Unser Hotelaufenthalt war hervorragend, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Optionen für Kinder. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Essens waren fantastisch, vor allem die frisch gebackenen Brote, die Gözleme und die Grillgerichte am Snackbar waren köstlich. Leider gab es jedoch ein großes Problem mit dem Besteck im Buffetrestaurant. Es mangelte ständig an Löffeln für Kleinkinder, und manchmal fehlten sogar komplett Bestecksets an den Tischen – entweder nur Messer, nur Gabeln oder sogar nur Servietten. Es war eine Herausforderung, Besteck zu finden, und das Personal musste fast immer aus der Küche welches holen. Abgesehen von diesem Problem fanden wir die Angebote des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel und die Hotelanlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Vor allem der Kinderbereich mit Kiss-Club und Kinder-Aquapark. Das Essen war TipTop und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere das Housekeeping-Personal (insbesondere Emine) haben das Zimmer einwandfrei gehalten. Einziger Schwachpunkt: Aquapark für Erwachsene geschlossen, dafür durfte man ab 5 Übernachtungen ins Land of Legends!!!

We have mixed feelings about the Selectum Hotel.
Some super and very poor services not worthy of 5*.. The hotel could use a renovation. Soundproofing 0. Above the beach, the party ends after midnight. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax. Lots of cigarette butts thrown in the sand next to beach sunbeds. Guests do it, you have to talk to them normally...Pools are very cold.Staff at the reception could be faster and more helpful.I don't like being made to look stupid. Room change. They wanted to exchange a superior room for a standard room in the worst location. The restaurant is good and everyone is nice. There is a wide selection of food. Vegyes érzelmeink vannak a Selectum Hotelel kapcsolatban. Valami szuper és nagyon gyenge 5*-hoz nem méltó szolgáltatások.. Hotelre egy felújítás ráférne. Hangszigetelés 0.Tengerpart felöl éjfél után van vége a bulinak. Pihenni vágyóknak nem ajánlom. Tengerparti napozó ágyak mellett rengeteg cigicsikk eldobálva a homokba. Vendégek csinálják rájuk kell normálisan szólni... Medencék nagyon hidegek. Személyzet lehetne a recepción gyorsabb és segítőkészebb. Nem szeretem ha hülyének néznek. Szoba csere. Superior szobát a legrosszabb helyen lévő standard szobára akarták kicserélni. Az étterem jó és mindenki kedves. Ételekből bőséges választék van.

Compared to last year's stay, the aquapark was closed, the family restaurant was closed. No alert or informatio' was provided in advance, only when we reached the hotel we discovered that these 2 great options are not available. Having that information would have impacted our decision to book.

Stay Away from This Run-Down Hotel!
I recently stayed at Selectum Luxury Hotel and would like to start by thanking Mahshid and Faryal at guest relations, Elyas at the main restaurant, and Tarkan at the main bar for their exceptional service. However, unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was negative. Firstly, Ali at reception was the worst staff member I encountered during my stay. He was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests with their queries, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The bar man at the pool seemed to only care about Russian guests and had a very disrespectful manner towards others! Additionally, most of the hotel staff could not speak English well, which made communication difficult. Furthermore, the hotel was very dark everywhere - from the stairs and corridors to the rooms themselves. This made it difficult to navigate around the hotel. The food served at the hotel was not up to par with what I expected from a luxury hotel. - it was the same every day and lacked variety.The quality of the food was also subpar. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Selectum Luxury Hotel based on my experience. While there were a few standout staff members who provided excellent service, it was overshadowed by the negative aspects of my stay.

We have arrived with our young baby and the room was right in front the SArena, very loud music was up until 2AM, not reasonable at any way. We couldn't get a decent sleep all through this week. Besides, the rest was fine BUT it's hard to enjoy when you're tired. So unfortunately I won't recommend this resort.

The hotel itself is nice, food is decent , staff most of them are amazing, but it was very hot and we always had issues with the air-conditioning in the room, even the lobby and the restaurant they were very hot. Also as an expedia VIP hotel they didn't give us any of the perks promised, they even don't know anything about the program.

Generally a positive experience. The family room given to us was a little disappointing, you would think it's common sense to offer a male themed room to a family with boys. I appreciate they did suggest an alternative but that was no better.I didn't even think I would needto request this. The check in was cold and could have been friendlier, hardly much of a welcome. Although we appreciated the early check in, thank you. We spent the first few hours in the room getting the room in order. Telephone and TV wasn't working.

When we arrived it looked really stunning from the entrance then we entered no one speaks good English staff and mangers were VERY RUDE, unfriendly and not helpful. The rooms were dark and smelled really musty to the point my 4 year old said she didn’t want to stay and wanted to go home. They showed us two different level rooms and both were not 5* standard. They sat us at a table to fill out forms which had food and dirt on it. The service was so bad I was actually in tears thinking I’ve spent so much money and ruined my family’s holiday. It got to a point we’re my husband said let’s just leave so we left at 11pm to go to another hotel. In my opinion not a 5*!!! more like a 4* if you like Morden, fresh classy places DO NOT STAY HERE save your money. The kids club is in a small little indoor room, not enough space for them to enjoy themselves. We ended up staying at the Rixos which in my opinion was so much better, Clearner, better customer service, the kids club was amazing me and my husband could actually enjoy dinner the beach and pool whilst they also got to enjoy themselves.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark! Due to your comment we would like to mentioned that the thing is that you spend in the hotel nearly one hour and after check out, and regarding the information I am having the point was about the misunderstanding with the room you were showed, more over you arrived in the hotel as an individual tourist on a self payment but in deed made a reservation through the Expedia (with the better rates). Due to this fact you asked for the upgrade on the price which were paid by the online source not the direct hotel rates that were given to you by phone in advance and for reservation on 4 persons and after + 2 more in the same room, unfortunately the room are fit only for 2+2 which were explained to you but was not met as it needs to. Персонал на ресепшн ужасный ! Девушки блондинки ничего не делают для сервиса ! В целом Отель не плохой , дали не тот номер ! Вместо одной кровати две кровати ! На бассейне весело , море хорошее . Еда тоже . Но смените персонал !

rooms and staff are great, but that's where the positives end. food was below par (something i'm not used to in turkey) plus there is not enough space to sit all the guests at the main restaurant, you're always looking/fighting for an available table... the main bar has no background music of any kind so you're listening to everyones conversations all the time (and mostly in Russian as well), the fitness/pool area closes at 19:00 so forget about your late evening workouts.

it was worse than expected
the three first days were accellent . I enjoyed my stay in whole 100 % . the territory and the hotel were clean . the room - comfortable , the personal - very friendly . the personal assistant Ekateryna and her manager Diana just outstanding . but after that the rain started !!! and ruined everything (apart from the perfect work of the personal) ! a water inserted from balcony door to the room and turned it to the lake ))) . in many areas in a hotel appeared drippings and puddles . The hotel is not ready for winter . not at all ! but i plane to return in summer
