'Stay was good overall. However, we didn't have enough towels, toilet paper or tissue paper. We did not have housekeeping service during the 3 days we stayed, even when they said that it would be done every other day. On arrival the front desk person was not "professional" at all. 'The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the lock on my room door and it was fixed quickly. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was a minor issue with the faucet on my shower but it was easy to work around. Overall, this was a great hotel with fantastic staff.'

'Ik had dit hotel gekozen vanwege de shuttlebus van vliegveld naar hotel. Bij aankomst op vliegveld na reis van 14 uur bleek deze niet te rijden. Helaas waren er op het vliegveld ook geen taxi’s te staan, en na telefonisch contact ook niet te komen. Uiteindelijk 45 min moeten lopen naar het ‘Airport’ hotel'

'It’s a good 3-star hotel, front desk staff friendly and efficient. Miss Kimmy and Miss Kayla are particularly excellent at their roles.
