We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.'

'This unit was everything we could ask for, and more!! The space was cozy and beachy and plenty of room for our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with all items for the kitchen and plenty of bath towels. The owner, Cliff, was extremely great at communication and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The beach access was literally steps off the back deck, the views from the deck were amazing too. The area was quiet, not a lot of wild parties and other people in the building...

'Very nice condo with high quality furniture appliances, and fixtures. Very clean and stocked with supplies (paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc) on an honor system that appears to be working very well. When its used up, replace it. Towels and linens are provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book again next year.'
