Slecht hotel goede locatie
Hotel was erg vies, kamer had geen ramen en zat onder de vochtvlekken. Ligging was wel super! Dicht bij de bund/boulevard. Dicht bij de metro (te lopen) en de metro is super goedkoop dus dat scheelde veel geld in taxi ritjes door de stad.

場所はすぐに判明。ﾒﾄﾛまで10分程度。南京東路の方が近い。雑技を２日見たが、場所も近く、事前にﾁｹｯﾄをnetで予約を進める。ﾒﾄﾛ３日票４５元（￥700）72時間は安い。

The Staff was really nice and helpful, room services did always a good job but the room that was shown on the web are old because the actual room was a bit in bad conditions but it was enough for us because at the end of the day we used it just to go to sleep and that's it. so to go just to sleep and get clean to go out it is more than enough for the price but it is nothing special.

Bra hotell i centrala Shanghai.
Hotellet ligger nära People's Square, mitt i det centrala Shanghai. Nära till nattlivet och "The Bund" gör att detta hotell är ett bra alternativ om man reser med en budget. Annars är det rätt så låg standard.

・最初は312号室だったのですが、入ったところ気分が悪くなるくらい部屋の中が斜めになっており、物を置くと転がっていくくらいです。 ・部屋を交換してもらったら40元の追加料金を請求されました。 ・このホテルは絶対おすすめしません。特に窓がない部屋は気分が悪くなると思います。

繁華街のど真ん中
繁華街のど真ん中なので色々とアクセスは良かった。 レストランもスーパーマーケットもコンビニも周辺にあり便利。 ただ、室内を見ると他のレビュアーの方の言う通り、見た目は古く、とても快適とは言い難い。 シャワー浴びて寝るだけなら対して問題にならないが、とりあえず入った瞬間に「ゲッ！？」と感じるのは致し方なし。 飲料水も用意されていないしwifiのこともこちらから質問しないと教えてくれない。 ちなみにwifiはログインの必要があり、部屋番号をIDとしてパスワードはパスポート番号の後ろ6桁です。

Un hotel ttez mauvais ! À part l'emplacement au centre de Sh, le service était mauvais : désagréable, n'a su nous renseigner sur aucun endroit, n'a pas voulu nous appeler un taxi, ne connaissait pas les adresses à mentionner pour les lieux phares Notre chambre était sale, les murs lépreux et la salle de bain encrassée Nous avions choisi chambre avec fenêtre en réalité elle faisait 10cm de haut, était teintée buée donc impossibilité de voir au travers

La ubicación es estupenda, al lado de Nanjing Road. Por lo demás, el hotel regular. Los recepcionistas hablaban un inglés pésimo, por no decir nulo, y el estado del hotel es desastroso. La habitación estaba más o menos bien, pero el resto del hotel (y en verdad también la habitación) estaba agrietado por todas partes y daba una impresión horrible.

コスパだけのホテル
安い部屋は最悪。隣の声、音全て筒抜け。老朽化甚だしく、一部不衛生。予約では禁煙ルームだったのに、灰皿、マッチが備え付け、エアコンからはタバコ臭が相当きつく漂ってくる。布団を頭から被って寝ないと眠れない。 ロケーションは素晴らしい。また、一人だけどクウィーンズサイズベッドで、寝具関係は衛生的でGood。 特にExpediaさんへ: [お客様の旅程]などに記載されていたホテルマップが全く違う場所だった。ほぼ同名の24K Hotelの所在地がマップに示されており、行ってみて先方から違うと指摘された。細かく住所を確認すればマップとの違いは分かったのだか、そんなことは理由にならない。結局、人民広場駅を挟んで全く制反対方向であり、不慣れな土地でタクシーを やっと捕まえて目的の24K International Hotel　へ辿り着いた始末である。今後もExpediaのマップは信頼できない。

Very disappointing
Check in at the lobby was OK but as soon as we got to the room it was in very poor condition and we instantly decided to check out and find a different place.
Not quite like the pictures you see in the website.

건물이오래되긴했지만 냄새도안나고 물도잘나오고 잘내려갔어요 침구와수건정리다해주시고 시트는연박이라안갈아주셨구요 조용하고 난방도잘되었고인터넷도잘되구요 그리고 직원들이 정말정말친절해요 문제가생긴것에 대해서 어떻게든 해결해 주려고 하세요 정말 킹왕짱 친절하셔서 더 만족스러웠요 난징동루쇼핑거리와두 가까워서 쇼핑하기도좋구 뭐 먹으러 다니기도 좋아요 인민광장과 난징동루역과도 도보10분거리에요

12月に観光目的の一人旅で利用。 ロケーション良く、古いが清潔感もある。 暖房の利きがいまいちだったが、寝具の追加を行ってもらえた。 また利用したいと思う。

Le jour et la nuit entre les photos et l'hôtel. L'hôtel est fumeur, Nous arrivions de l'aéroport la chambre etait au deuxième étage si à la vue de l'accueil cela semble Chouette, il en ai autre chose de la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Chambre double au deuxième etage sur le couloir de droite porte sur la gauche ) Déjà : sent l'humidité, plafond complètement imbibé éventré sur bien un demi mettre, le sol dégueulasse, les prises pas fixé au mur même dangereux, l'armoire et les murs sale poussiéreux , état de délabrement Le lit: confortable et draps propres. Pour 30€ environs (réservation faite 1mois avant) au centre de Shanghai. Mieux vaut prendre une guest house excentrée payer 300yuan la chambre avec salle de bain , et payer 4yuan (environ 5cts d'euro) pour rejoindre le centre de Shanghaï c'est ce qu'on a fait par la suite. [J'aurais pu prendre des photos j'y avais pensé mais arrivé vers 2h du mat vol avec escale depuis Paris et jetté à midi par la réception donc pas pris le temps mais vu l'etat j'aurai du parceque c'est franchement du vol! ]

上海に行く際は、ま宿泊したい

内壁がボロボロであったり、部屋に入って早々にゴキブリと遭遇するなど、刺激的なホテルでした。Wi-Fiも繋がったり繋がらなかったりと悶々としました。

한마디로 가격 경쟁력은 최고입니다. 시내 복판에 있어 걷기에 자신있는 분이라면 예원, 와이탄 등 원만한 곳은 걸어서 갈수있을 만큼 위치도 괜찮구요. 시내에서 이 가격에 다른 호텔을 구하기는 어렵습니다. 단지 고급스런 호텔 외관에 비해 내부 시설은 조금 실망스럽습니다. 창문이 없는 방인줄 알고 가긴했는데 많이 답답함을 느껴 딴방으로 옮기려다 참았습니다. 결론적으로 가격대비 깨끗한 곳, 밤에 잠만 잘곳을 찾으신다면 추천드립니다.

There were some fault informations about this hotel on hotel.com as of 07 Nov. 16. - Laundry >None. - Wired Internet >None.But wifi is available and comfortable. Not so clean but very cheap and good to access to central of Shanghai. Totally, I think it is reasonable to choose this hotel just to stay, not to enjoy luxury life. And this hotel is on Fuzhou road. But near people square, there's another hotel so please take care.

爛透了，不可能在入住，寧願睡機場
訂兩間房，地板都嚴重腐爛，潮濕，霉味又超重，天花板還破洞，看到一隻大蜘蛛，冷氣又不冷，外面都比房間涼，要求換房間又不主動告知早上就需更換，回去詢問後才知道房間已分配完，要換房根本不可能了，就這樣渡過超級難過不舒服的兩晚，飯店人員臉非常臭，口氣也很差，像家裡出事了一樣，又沒欠他錢，一點服務熱誠都沒有，我自認已經對飯店要求很低了，只要乾淨舒適即可，也常常住青年旅館，這真的突破我的底限...

繁華街南京東路から近く、買い物に便利
位置的には便利なところだが、構造上他室の音が良く聞こえ、眠れなかった。これも価格との吊りあいとも言え、納得すれば上。ちなみに浦東空港には地下鉄で一本でした。

Poorly maintained hotel, very noisy.
The hotel is in very poor condition, not as per the photos. We stayed only one night and cancelled the rest of the stay as we were not able to sleep. The people staying next door were very noisy. The comfort of the room is really not there! Not a good choice.

交通很便利,在鬧區裡很好找,離外灘近,越高樓層房間越好,原本訂2F,但一到時發現房間空調是中央空調,有等於沒,房間也沒吹風機盥洗用品,所以換房到7F,一開電梯門簡直和2F天差地遠,大家可以訂高樓層的,CP值算高的.從飯店打車去各景點也都不貴

지리적으로 정말 좋습니다.
앞엔 kfc 옆으로 가면 유명한 까페부터 음식점, 지역음식점 등 처음 상해를 도전해보는 사람에겐 좋은 지리적 위치입미다. 주요 호선인 2호선 10호선을 근방 갈수있고 10분만 걸어도 난징동루 중앙으로 갈수있습니다. 인민광장 15번 출구 ,푸저우 로드 에 위치 하고 있습니다. 냉장고가 없어 물을 마시기 불편합니다. 2번 넘께 이용해 봤는데 혹 , 청결 방음에 고민을 안하신다면 짧은 여행 기간동안 많은 것을 보기에 정말 좋습니다. 중국어를 조금하시고 택시타길를 잘하신다면 다른곳 좋은 호텔을 잡으시는게 좋으실겁니다.

it's your call...
well, we just got it because we do things in there. we got a nonsmoking room with a minibar. there was no minibar and it was a smoking room. i'm allergic to smoke. there was a pretty bad leak upstairs that came through the ceiling. mold was growing in 3 corners. i'm a little sensitive to mold as well. so, i sprayed alcohol on it and we stayed outdoors until sleepy time. we did our thing then left the next morning. it served its purpose. but i would suggest to not trust the 3 star rating :)

最低のホテル
予約し先支払った18平米のビジネスツインルームですが、10平米のエコノミールームに泊まらせました。災厄でした。フロントと交渉し、ホームページの写真を見せたが、代理会社が間違えて載せた写真だと一点張りで、そちらに交渉しなさいと。とても不愉快でした。部屋の中と外の壁にはカビの跡が多く、我慢できない匂いがします。とても不愉快でした。

2016年8月11日〜15日まで4泊5日、24Kフーチョウロード店に宿泊しましたが、部屋にて1センチ前後のゴキブリを20匹程見ました。いつ大きいゴキブリが出るかヒヤヒヤしながら毎日過ごしました。 小さいコバエは毎日飛んでるし、部屋と廊下はカビ臭い。ホテルの立地は良いのに、もう汚い部屋は勘弁です。2度とこのホテルは利用したくないです。

地點很方便，很近人民廣場地鐵站16號出口，步行10分鐘左右就到。而且附近有很多食店，絕對不需要擔心找不到吃的，附近還有大型購物商場，就在地鐵站出口。附近還有書城及24小時營業的書店，可以給工幹人士打發時間。惟酒店於清潔方面還需要加強改善，地板有很多灰塵，浴室的淋浴間沒有浴屏，每次沖涼後廁所就好像水浸了。此外，飯店安排的毛巾也像用了很久，感覺就像地布一樣。房內wifi不太穩定，有時還有接收不良的情況出現。飯店隔音也很差，隔壁房間的談話聲音很易聽到。而且入住期間，飯店正在維修電梯，一出房間就會聞到難聞的氣味。

Está perfectamente bien ubicado pero es un hotel muy viejo. Los pasillos habitaciones parecen de terror, yo estuve 4 días y nunca limpiaron la habitación, súper sucios.

shanghai cheap but not so cheerful!!
a budget priced hotel but in a good location. some upgrading work was in progress which is much needed. an old hotel which is pretty grubby. hallway carpets were dirty, shower door didn't close, kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or cups provided.booked a double room but when we got there none were available. windows had never been cleaned since the hotel was built and did not fully close so it was noisy.
