Verblijf was perfect. Maar wat een tegenvaller bij thuiskomt en ik mijn mail open met een bericht van The Puli. Ben wel bijzonder ontstemd, en dan zeg ik het netjes, dat ik vandaag een mail ontvang van The Puli met de mededeling dat ik een vaas in mijn kamer kapot gemaakt zou hebben. Schandalig werkelijk. Ik heb de kamer in perfecte staat achter gelaten. Er zat zelfs een foto bij! Als iemand dit gedaan heeft dan moet het personeel zijn of een nieuwe gast op de kamer. Dit is voor mij aanleiding om een volgende keer te overwegen voor een ander hotel te kiezen. Dit is een integriteitsprobleem intern.

Nice decorated hotel
I like the decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is not a cheap hotel of course so you may expect a certain "standard". Staff was very friendly (in restaurant, reception, at the front door) except the staff at the spa and swimmingpool at the fourth floor. They were really unkind when we only want to take a look at the first day of our stay. It made us choose another spa outside of the hotel ! At my last day (after 5 days) I already checked out but I had to wait a few more hours because my flight was late that night. I decided to go to the swimmingpool but again they were unkind and unwilling to help me find the entrance to the pool. This should not be possible in a hotel with this 5 star quality. But it was an incident. Rest of the staff is helpfull and friendly. I would certainly recommand this hotel but only not the spa.

Verfijnde luxe
The Puli is een modern, goed ontworpen hotel, met een uitgebreide spa. Veel oog voor details, veel techniek, heel ruime kamers en ondanks het uitzicht op een bouwterrein waar dag en nacht gewerkt wordt volledig stil. Altijd taxi's beschikbaar en metro 2 en 7 naast de deur. Het hotel is volledig rookvrij, en de kosten voor maaltijden/roomservice/wasserij zijn aan de hoge kant.

This hotel is lovely, situated next to a park and across from the Jing'an Temple. The subway is on the same block as the hotel, which makes travel around Shanghai easy. I particularly liked that there were no carpets in the rooms.

when I go to swimming pool, water is very dirty, and suddenly my skin happend allergy, so I went to hospital. Even when I check in, room is not clean, very dirty.. is it hotel?

ジムもプールもバーもレストランも全てが素晴らしかったです。朝食ビュッフェのチョイスが少なかったと思いますが、ホットミールも単独にオーダー出来て良かったです。クラブフロア22階のジュニアスイート(2202)に宿泊しましたが、部屋のデザインも景色も快適、また宿泊したいです。
