'Cannot say enough great things about this house. My family spent a long weekend there for our annual reunion and we had a tremendous time. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It rained most of the weekend - keeping us all inside. But there was plenty of room for eight adults and one child. And it was nice having a roaring fire to take the chill off on a wet cold weekend. We all agreed that we'd love to come back her next year! This was easily one of the best VRBO...

'Carl’s was terrific. The house design was great for a large group - it was welcoming, extremely clean, and super comfortable. From the game room, to bar, to kitchen - everything was well apportioned for entertaining every age group. We spent a late winter weekend with an extended family group of 9 adults and 5 children and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. 'The Homestead had everything we needed for our 2 families with kids and a Grandmom for a weekend retreat. The host provided clear and helpful communication and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay. This home was extremely comfortable, with beautiful wood burning fireplaces to keep things cozy (and even make s'mores) to an outdoor firepit and deck. The TVs had all the needed streaming services too, so everyone was able to watch what they wanted! All of the rooms...

Our primary complaint was the quality of the furniture in the living room. While it was very clean and looked nice, sitting on it was quite uncomfortable.
