I made a last-minute reservation before my visit and visited the accommodation to sleep with my family. The front desk clerk told me it wasn't on the reservation list, so I checked and found out that I had made a reservation for next week by mistake. The front desk staff told me to contact Hotels.com and cancel. I needed sleep, so I booked an extra room in the lobby, paid for it, got into the room, and canceled the dates I had accidentally booked through Hotels.com.
Even after a few days, there was no refund for the canceled portion, so I checked with Hotels.com. The hotel stated that refunds are not possible for canceled portions. Hotel staff advised us to cancel. We visited the accommodation, paid an additional fee and made a reservation, but they said they would not give us a refund. This property does not consider the customer's position at all. This is an unreasonable accommodation where you have to stay one night and pay for two nights.
And when I sleep at night, the heater makes a loud noise, and the heater runs periodically even when I turn it off. It was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep.
