'The layout of the home helps to showcase the lake views. There is room for people to spread out and not trip over each other. Bedrooms and furnishings were all of very nice quality and clean. We celebrated some milestones and accomplishments with friends and family over a weekend stay and there was absolutely nothing that we were let down by. We will certainly be back.'

'The layout of the property is near perfect for a big group! We had 11 grown men sleep very comfortably in the house. It has a large separate game room with many activities to keep everyone entertained with different games to choose from & 2 large tvs on the wall. We had a blast hanging out with friends! '

'The cabin was perfectly situated between Lake Bonham and Bois D Arc. We operate a cabin business as in SE Oklahoma and Mandy has done a fantastic job and communication was excellent. Kitchen was adequately supplied and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. We had trouble with the WIFI lock on the front door but Mandy promptly responded. The driveway was very wet the newly placed rock and we had to back in off of the highway, but Im sure this will be...

'The house and area are fabulous. It's a beautiful property. Has plenty of space to spread out. Indoor grill is a bonus for sure. Outdoor fire pit is another. So many sitting areas on this patio. Beautiful view. The screened in porch is huge and a great place to dine at night. We will be back. My rep was awesome. Always answered me quickly about a question. Loved it!'

'Our family enjoyed the views of the lake, the sizable patio, and the comfy house for a few days at fall break. The kids enjoyed the game room with toys and board games. The very short walk to the shore made it easy to throw a few casts into the lake. For sure would stay again again.'

'The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our long weekend stay. There was a small glitch getting into house, but Judy was immediately available to help us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything needed to prepare meals. But there are really no pantry items provided, so make sure you bring them, especially if you want coffee the next morning. (Maybe this was stated somewhere in the description and I missed it.) We would definitely stay in this cozy home again.'

'We met friends there and enjoyed reconnecting with them at this property. Just had to figure out how to switch from tub to shower in main bath. So instructions would have been helpful. Also, while couch in living area can be used for extra sleeping, it is very difficult for older folks to get out of once seated. So, an occasional, sturdy chair or two would be appreciated. Otherwise, all was great and had necessary items to enjoy our stay.'

'Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp.'
