I was running late due to my flight and traffic, but he was so understanding and went out of his way to meet me at the property, welcoming me warmly and handing over the key. To make things even better, he allowed me to park right at the front door, easing my concerns about parking. 'Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.)
