コンパクトでとても良いです。とにかく対応が早くて、親身に対応してくれます。清潔で、小さいお部屋ですがとても考えて整えられています。そういう意味で、最高と思います。ただ大柄な方にはシングルベッドは狭いと思いますので、その点は注意してください。

É uma opção a ser considerada pela localização excelente! Pontos Negativos: Estacionamento muito longe e com uma super colina para subir (se for de carro, reflita a respeito). Banheiro: super pequeno e apertado... dentro do chuveiro é uma sensação claustrofóbica que vc nem consegue se mexer. E o vaso sanitário é muito apertado pois fica colado ao box! Pontos Positivos: Bom quarto e localização excelente! Móveis antigos mas com charme!

My room is in great condition as well as the bathroom. There is a shared kitchenette with refrigerator. Joy, the manager of the property ,was extremely helpful and available during business hours to provide advice and help with transport although it is a fairly short walk to the bus terminal. Would stay at this place again in the event that I get back to Siena and I do recommend it.

Struttura ottima a tre minuti da piazza del Campo,vicina a parcheggio(a pagamento)facile da raggiungere.Stanze grandi,pulite e comode per un soggiorno più o meno lungo. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti molto bene dalla Gioia la quale si è mostrata sempre disponibile e professionale. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Dadurch dass die Unterkunft zum Entladen des Gepäcks nicht angefahren werden konnte war der Weg vom Parkplatz sehr anstrengend. Ein Hinweis auf einen näher gelegenen Parkplatz am Übergang zur ZTL wäre angebracht gewesen. Sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Ottimo soggiorno
Struttura storica, a due passi da Piazza del campo, comoda e pulita. Gestori simpatici, che ci hanno ricordato che si ha diritto ad uno sconto sui parcheggi (basta chiedere le modalità per averlo alle strutture dove si risiede). Ovviamente mobili antichi in camera ma ben sfruttati (mi ha fatto sorridere il modo in cui sono montate le "gruccie" appendiabito).

Joy showed us to our room which is across town from the room which was a bit confusing but not a big deal. She was very nice and told us a bit about the city as we walked to the room. The room had very high ceilings and a large bed which was nice since we had stayed in some rather cramped areas while in Italy. The bathroom was attached and spacious enough to move around in. The shower was hot and drained well. Overall, one of the better places we stayed on our trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Excellent value for the money and a very kind host to boot.

I LOVED THIS PROPERTY! I had a great little room in a wonderful neighborhood convenient to the Cathedral and central Siena. It was a ground floor room in a 3 bedroom apartment. I never meet the others staying in the apartment but saw their rooms after the checked out while they were being cleaned. All three rooms were nice. We shared a common living and kitchen area that was sufficiently stocked. My room was furnished with great antiques. The bathroom was small and the shower was cramped but usable (I didn't travel to Italy for a Bathroom). My favorite part of the apartment was the garden terrace. It was a lovely spot with a bistro table and 2 chairs with a view of the top of the cathedral bell tower and the neighbors very well maintained vegetable garden. I could has spent days just sitting on this terrace. Every morning I would have my breakfast at the table and enjoy the view and the quiet. This apartment gave me a real since of what it must be like to live in Siena. I hope I am fortunate enough to visit Siena again and enjoy this lovely Italian gem. On a side note - Be aware that the rental office is across the street from where my GPS placed it. So look around when you get to the general vicinity. Also know that Siena is HILLY! Those with mobility issues may have problems with steep terrane. While this was a ground floor apartment, there were 2 steps into the building and 2 more to the apartment.

Excellent
Excellent Experience, Joy was extremely friendly, available and helpful with every single issue, question, and request we made. Better than that impossible!!!! The room was neat in every sense and location close to absolutely whatever you want to visit in Siena ,just a few steps away from the major monuments and the spectacular main square, and a brand new laundry. The only downside was the the lack of WiFi, which could be easily fixed. Apart from that, this is a really nice place to stay.

Clean, basic room in a reasonable location
Simple, bare-bones but clean room and bathroom. A flat in a house has been converted to provide 3 separate rooms with common entrance area which has a kitchenette. Room had little more than just a bed and a small table. It was fairly cold but at night heating was turned on. Location is reasonable, within about 5min walk from Duomo and Piazza del Campo - however is on the opposite end of the Old town from the train station. Check in office is a few hundred metres down the road - note it has limited hours and outside of those hours there is no one. Overall a decent option for a short stay if basics is all you need.
