"Heerlijke plek, prachtige locatie direct aan zee. Gemoedelijke sfeer, ligbedden aan het strand. Elke dag een schone kamer, geweldig. Het enige wat ik een beetje miste was een terrasje. Maar... je kon heerlijk aan het strand zitten. Kamer was super ruim."

"We had a great 10 night stay at this unit. Can't say enough about the location. Views are awesome, especially sunsets. Simpson Bay is wonderful and full of boats to watch. We ate out every night and there are over 20 restaurants within 1 mile of this unit. We had a car but probably could have gone without one. Covered secured parking space was great to have. A few small grocery stores are within walking distance, but we ended up driving to the larger store on the French side. Was nice being on the airport side of the Simpson Bay bridge, as it would go up frequently during the day for 15 minutes or more and really mess up traffic for anyone on the other side trying to get to the airport. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was pretty large. Living area single couch was average at best. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were just OK. Bathrooms were great, and we enjoyed having the 1/2 bath as well. We struggled getting hot water in the showers. So why not 5 stars? The AC for the kitchen and living area really didn't work well for us. The balcony faces west for the sunsets, but lets full sun come in all afternoon and can really heat up the unit. Only storm shutters (no curtains) for shade relief. Property Manager was easy to reach, but the AC unit never really got the job done. Maintenance tried with no success. The AC in both bedrooms was strong so we survived, but they ran almost continuously to compensate for the living area heat and dried us out as we slept."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is beautiful. I would however recommend the following: 1) add an option for later check-out than 10am. Most large planes leave at late afternoon and it would add if the room could be used longer and/or facilitate refreshing /shower in the afternoon before departure to the airport. 2) a foyer with seating would be nice. 3) add a few seats at the beach instead of only lying chairs. This would be nice to cover the time between check-out and departurr to the airport. 4) serving a continental breakfast should be offered."
