Een Super-Ervaring
Geweldige ervaring, al was maar eens in je leven. Beslist een van de mooiste hotels ter wereld. Ondanks controle i.v.m. handicap bleken liften e.d. aanwezig. Helaas was de kamer slechts toegankelijk via twee treden, voor mij slechts met hulp van anderen te nemen opstakel. Wij kregen onmiddellijk een andere kamer toegewezen, zonder treden. Geweldig!

We stay for two nights and every single time entering the gate we got questioned that if we are staying at the hotel. No welcome words. Staff there pay no efforts to recognize their resident. Not friendly nor reliable. On the second morning when we are going out and asking the concierge staff to help us to grab a taxi she suggested us to just stop one outside the gate. Though I insisted she call for us and told her our destination. But when we got off the vehicle we found out that the driver toke us to a wrong place… And no amenities are refilled by the housekeeping thus when I need to use the cotton bud after shower I have to call the front desk and wait for another 20 minutes for it to be delivered. And… never mentioned the butler, who never showed up during our stay. Though the staff helped us upon our check-in told us that the butler will come to the room to greet us later. But it turns out that no one came. Even our welcome drinks are not served until the night before our departure. As I already felt uncomfortable and unacceptable at that moment I complained about the butler service to the staff who brought our drinks to room. However till next morning we checked-out and left, we never got any apology or explanation about this. Absolutely a disappointment and the worst part of our travel to Singapore this time. Will never go back again.

歴史のあるホテル シンガポールでは1番のホテル。 朝食ブュッフェレストランのスタッフ以外は、皆完璧のサービスを提供してくれる。シグネチャーレストラン、LA DAME DE PIC の料理、スタッフは最高である。プールやジム施設もこぢんまりとしているが楽しめる。歴史に恥じないサービス提供を今後も継続して欲しい。

It’s beautiful, it’s grand, the staff is wonderful, there is unpretentious grandeur, there is history, there’s Tiffin, yes, there is Tiffin, there is…..I don’t know, it’s just perfect, absolutely perfect: we’re going back. And then this: we had forgotten to return our room keys at the end of our stay; on our way back through Singapore, we took a stroll through the area of the Raffles and decided to return our keys. The staff at the entrance greeted us with a smile and told us we shouldn’t have worried, that we could keep our key as a souvenir if we wished. And then he proceeded to get for us an old room key, from the days before the electronic versions: so now I have two sets of keys as souvenirs from the world’s absolute best hotel….we’re absolutely going back…

Raffles Hotel staff deliver flawless service in the most beautiful hotel. Amenities provided are high quality and everything is extremely lovely. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Including my husband who has spent approx 12 years of nights staying in hotels during the last 25 years all over the world. We have stayed at Raffles twice this year with covid restrictions limiting our travel plans. We will definitely return again!

A spectacular hotel to enjoy. Our suite is gorgeous with a separate lounge area, a 4 poster bed in the bedroom and a huge bathroom with separate rooms for the toilet and shower. The marble, classic dark furnishings and attention to detail give the room beautiful colonial charm. Staff greeted us by name on arrival and escorted us to our suite where our bags awaited us (we checked in on line and our bags were dropped off ahead of our arrival). A wonderful welcome and a beautiful suite, which is very quiet due to double glazing, gave us a perfect welcome for our stay.

Hotel facilities were excellent and service was exceptional. Contactless check-in and check-out was the best I have experienced. Only regret that no traditional Christmas menu was available for guests.
