I have no issue with the price. I like the room that I booked, which is deluxe room. On gg maps, it's said 10-15 mins walk to the mall and mrt, but actually it's more like 20-30 mins walk in real life. But I think other hotels with this price range are all the same, so it's acceptable. What I don't like is the front desk staffs seem cold, beside that, during check-in, they asked me if I like bathtub or standing, while my booking was clearly bathtub, and I even type it again on the special request. After I repeat, they said that bathtub had to wait 2-3 hrs, we tired so we said standing is ok. The staff gave me the key card, said this room is free upgrade. But when I saw the room, it was bad, smaller and uglier. So I went back immediately, said I want the room I booked, no need upgrade. They gave me my room on the spot, with out waiting, much better than the upgraded room. So it's a bit shady here that they told me I have to wait, and told me I got free upgrade. Feel like they tried to trick me to stay in the room they want instead of my booking room....

checkin receptionist was slow and impolite. property is 10-15min walk to shops and metro. bathrooms are old and dirty. shower faucet difficult to control. would not recommend or stay there again.

Everything from the location to the cleanliness, facilities and staff was amazing. Only improvement scope was the breakfast and food menu. Didn't find anything fulfilling there if you are a vegetarian , rest all was more than amazing.

Amazing service! Perfect balance, staffs are very attentive without being overbearing. The room is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again the next time we are in Singapore.

Excellent hotel within minutes walking distance of Orchard Road. Rooms nice sized and king size bed is extremely comfortable (probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in!). The staff are all great and friendly and a special mention for Ratna for helping to make our stay even more comfortable, she is a real credit to the hotel! Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at Vibe hotel again next year.

部屋は値段の割には広くて満足でした。バスルームのみ水漏れしたり、ドアが鍵が壊れかかっていたり、トイレの水洗ボタンがすごく固かったりとはずれの部屋だったので、途中で部屋を変えてもらいました。バスタブがあるのは良かったです。 オーチャード駅には比較的近くて立地は良い方だと思います。

コーナーの部屋に案内されたため、ダブルルームなのに狭く感じ、部屋を変更。次に案内されたのがコネクティングルームの1室で隣の部屋の音が気になり、翌日別の部屋に変更してくれた。スタッフの対応は皆んな笑顔で感じが良い。ただ、清掃がタオル交換のみでバスローブが未交換、掃除機はかかってなかったので連泊は薦められません。

We spent three days here and it was wonderful! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the hotel had a nice fragrance throughout. Would definitely stay at vibe again! Oh forgot to add it is in close proximity to all major shopping and transportation centers.

The property was clean and staff were polite and and friendly. The upper level premier rooms have been renovated to a poor standard and corners have been cut . especially in bathrooms . Lack of exhaust fans create moisture issues which is evident . Crooked obscured power sockets isn’t acceptable for a hotel of this class . Breakfast isn’t of a high standard for its star rating level. Perhaps a 2.5 -3 star is more on the mark . Overall it’s ok hotel but was disappointed based on the overall experience for the price paid abs compared to what we have had in other 4 star hotels .
