Thank you very much for taking the time to write us a review. We take all feedback seriously and will address any issues that our guests point out to us. The sulfur smell in the hot water is unfortunately not something we can control. Our hot water comes directly from the hot springs of the area, therefore it contains lots of minerals and also sulfur. This is the case in many places in Iceland, some places more so than others. We are sorry to hear that you found it overly inconvenient. Our cottages are painted, repaired and updated constantly, so we are puzzled by you describing one of them as "outdated". We would love to know which house you are referring to, but since you provided this review Anonymus, we can not look into the matter any further. We also don't know why you would say that there was no hot tub. We have a stone-built hot tub in the middle of our cottage area, just a short walk from any of our houses. We have pointed this out to you when you checked in, or if you received a letter from us, then it was clearly stated there as well. If you take the time to look at the other reviews on this site, many other guests have expressed their positive opinion about our hot tub. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to find it.
