'Beautiful hotel. Rooms were large and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location, but is tricky to find and even my cab driver had issues locating the place. The free breakfast was decent, but nothing spectacular. Overall a great value for the money and I will stay there again.'

'Het personeel achter de receptie in een woord geweldig. Het schoonmaakpersoneel slecht, toen wij binnen kwamen alles zeer schoon en netjes. De receptie vroeg aan ons of wij iedere dag schoongemaakt wilden hebben. Maar dat hoefde voor ons niet, om de anderse dag is ook goed. Maar het enigste wat ze deden, schone handdoeken neerleggen,en bed verschonen, de badkamer werdt niet gedaan en ook de vloeren van de huiskamer, slaapkamer en balkon niet. Convenient location between the main railway station / bus station (both local and long distance) and the town centre. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, used by several local bus lines including the nr. 25 to the cable way to the Millennium Cross.'

'Superdouche en heel Fijn bed . Lokatie is geweldig ! Saai ontbijt (veel koekjes) , kamer was mega basic (1 houten stoel , soort van bankje, bedden en kast) 2 zakjes koffie en thee , 2 papieren bekertjes met 1 houten roerstaafje. Parkeren is waardeloos , parkeerlift werkt steeds niet . Personeel heeft ons geen blik waardig gegunt . Geen hallo of iets van dien aard . Incheckpersoneel was wel erg aardig en de meneer van het restaurant ook Absoluut niet ibis waardig we zijn bij ibis veel beter...

'The people in the hotel are nice and the spa facilities. The other comments are improvement for the hotel. the internet is poor and it depends where you stay at the floor in the hotel. Breakfast becomes empty if you come after 9.00 hour and not refilled, the breakfast is until 10.00 hour and all days the same. It is pitty that smoking is allowed during the breakfast and if you want something eat in the restaurant in the afternoon or in the evening, there are no separate spaces where is...

'Our stay was OK but not more. The quality of the hotel overall is not high: the room was old, smelled at detergent, visible cut pipes in the middle of the bathroom and the shower was licking. The price was really too high for what we got and disappointed us a lot. The breakfast was also disappointing: industrial white bread, very few fresh fruits, not enough seats for everyone, and not enough people to refill milk, orange juice and warm meals.'
