'Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

'Perfect place for a family getaway. Very Interesting house with everything we need. Super clean and all the supplies there. Would stay there and recommend to all. Both bedrooms have full bath and the cube couch has the powder room. Everyone was content. Walkable to everything including Trader Joe’s . Nice neighborhood. Used a Turo car in neighborhood for a couple day trips.'

'Very nice condo with responsive concierge in a great location. David was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend only coming and going during daylight hours though, as the crowds outside at night can be interesting characters. Neighbors can be noisy if you’re listening or have all the doors in the place open. I enjoyed it here overall and would recommend it to others. '

'Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great Midtown location with plenty of places to eat in the area and close to interstate. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning. We were told via text that it would be adjusted remotely. Asked again but did not get a message back until day of checkout First night we were ok because it was actually a cooler night. Nights 2 & 3 we opened the windows. '

'The apartment is lovely. Our only challenge was the bed was so high you needer a step stool to get into it. there was not enough room on the side of the bed to enter the bed from the side as one would normally do so we had to climb in from the foot of the bed and crawl to the top.'

It was very confusing and we ended up getting boots on all 3 cars; however, the host was VERY helpful and sent us most of the money back in return for the mishap. Would stay again but would want clearer instructions on the parking situation. Other than that, very clean, nice, responsive, and helpful! The place was about an 8-minute walk from the Fox Theater!'
