'Fantastic short stay at this home in Del Mar. House looked like it was recently stocked for VRBO as all the kitchen appliances were nearly new as well as the outdoor grill. Beds comfortable and the house was clean. Couldn't find any beach toys other than towels or any games so be sure to pack those. I would have left some if I had thought of it. Some road noise as this property backs up to Del Mar Heights but the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and very private. Gorgeous views. We will be...

We arrived and the kids were immediately occupied by all of the toys in the play room leaving the adults the ability to unpack and get settled in without and interruptions. The house was stocked with everything you need for a day down at the beach, we really appreciated the chairs and big wheeled beach wagons to carry our stuff and the kids loved the plentiful beach toys.'

'Just a perfect, luxary and spacious house in a very nice village just 20 minutes from San Diego. The owners are very helpfull and in the house a lot of touris information available. Everything for a beachday is for use, the beach is just a couple minutes away. Wonderfull terrasses with beautifull views over the sea. We just loved it. Thanks.'

'I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted.'

'This house is in a beautiful beach neighborhood in Solana Beach and walking distance to everything in town and great exercise! The house was so homey and the beds were amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and so many towels! lol. The backyard and front yard had views of the ocean. When we weren’t in the go, it was a great place to relax and hang out!
