'The garden of the house is really fantastic with a nice view to the mountains, different terraces with also areas in the shadow. The area around the hiuse is really great with granada and tge beach within 30 min. Owner of the house is really friendly and supportive.'

Only negative is the noise. Location is on a busy street so traffic noise late into the night with the younger crowd leaving bars until 5 am.'

'Reaching the villa is an adventure, driving over a very steep but well drivable narrow road. If you rent a car (you do need a car!!) you should go for a diesel. We didn't. Our Nissan Micra made it barely through the hairpins in first gear. A diesel would have been much easier to drive. Once there you get an astonishing view over Almunecar, the hills and the sea. 'We four days in Antonio’s house, we had a fab time. The house was everything we needed for a good stay. It was clean and comfortable.Albaicin is a lovely neighbourhood, lots of tapas bars and small narrow streets. It’s about 20 min walk into the centre, down steep streets, I really enjoyed walking there and back, but may be an issue with someone with mobility problems. Though there are regular buses. 'We loved the house! Absolutely everything was supplied and Oliver and Maria where very helpfull too. The view was amazing and we made several walking tours in the neighbourhood, also perfect for trail running😃. The kids had much fun in the garden playing batminton and swimming and on the tire swing. They have cute dogs and cats too! Food at Baraka restaurant in the village was amazing😋. We will come back some day! thank you!'
