I would have given more stars for this property, but there were some minor issues that were resolved quickly. The access code to enter the property was inaccurate, and access to the internet was limited. The property itself was very private, and there was plenty of room, but the bathroom was too small with a very small shower stall. It is a small (petite) house, with a petite bathroom. The A/C worked very well which was much needed for humid weather. I would recommend this rental home for your next vacation.

House was great for 4, I think it would be tight with 6. Cool view to drink tea on porch in the morning. Boat launch is at end of driveway which is a hill but great paddle on the pond. We would stay there again

Cozy place
Very cozy place. We love the view of the water from up above. We enjoyed the porch with a nice breeze, especially when it rained. The shower needs to be replaced, the water is dripping behind the wall. Looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful view, clean house and exceptional communication. . Wish there was beach access and more to do around the property. Ended up going to Martha’s Vineyard and had a great time.

Cute and Quaint
We had a great weekend visit. The cottage was cute, clean and quiet. Eating dinner on the picnic table in the backyard overlooking the water was a nice way to end our days.
