'We felt very much at home in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable and excellently equipped (especially the kitchen). The contact with the host was very pleasant and prompt. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site.'

'Fabulous location and amazing property overall. If you’re interested in artistic expression and looking for something a little different this is the place for you. Definitely would stay again. Our room was adorable and fun to stay in. Coffee, water and other toiletries were topped up every day in the hall. Felt safe in the building Property can be a little noisy but they offer ear plugs. Parking wasn’t cheap but it was convenient. '

Nice restaurants in walking distance, parking space and bus stop in front of building. Only minor point for improvement: the sofa bed in living room was oke but a bit too soft for me and to use it you have to move a beautiful but quite heavy table. '

'Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...

'The property was immaculately clean and the furnishings are all modern and very comfortable, including the beds. It’s very convenient to the highway, shopping and dining and all of the attractions we wanted to visit - Golden, Morrison, Boulder, Rocky Mnt Nat Park, etc. We were all frazzled after driving 900 miles and the property owner, Linda, was very patient and responsive to my questions about things that would have been answered had I noticed the instructions that were already clearly posted...
